Thanks to Dr. Robson that chronic pain is gone. I also have had an ankle issue (for over 7 years) that the medical community called "arthritis" and "degenerative" and said I would need surgery to repair. Thanks to Dr. Robson my ankle is almost 100%. Yes you can do ankle adjustments. Besides Dr. Robson helping repair me, what's most important is the TIME he takes with me. He meets all my needs and so much more. Also he was able to diagnose an allergy to "dairy" which can lead to stiffness, pain and inflammation. Thanks to his tests and Standard Process supplements I am a totally different person...body, soul and mind. Such a great atmosphere in the waiting area as well. Resulting in severe pain- he worked my shoulder too hard one day-- whilst chatting away about other things. I brought that up to him later (when I returned in severe pain) and he seemed to understand. But on subsequent visits I found myself unable to relax because I was acutely aware of his attention not being on his work. Like he was on autopilot. So I went back without the husband. Aaaaand he chatted to his colleague-- about my husband!!-- while he worked on me. That upset me to the point that I stayed away for a while. If I'm paying 50 bucks for 5 minutes of your time, I want your attention on me and my spine that whole 5 minutes. After some cooling off time, I came back again for his help. When I was on the table with his hands on my neck and his head over mine, no mask, no precautions, he told me he had been sick. "But I'm over it now, I know I'm not contagious." A few days later I came down with a terrible flu. MF'er gave me the flu. That was my sign to get gone and stay gone. I come here for pain relief, not to acquire pain. I feel that he cares more about getting you in/out and collecting your money than he does about being present and providing safe, attentive care. Sad because he is a gifted healer, maybe he just needs to reconnect with the reasons why he chose this work in the first place.

When asked if there is a belly pillow to lay on or any measures taken when at the end of pregnancy for laying on a flat table belly down, the chiropractor told me they can work something out but that he had an OB lay on her belly 5 days before her birth (basically intending that it's not a big deal, when it is.) If you are pregnant please find a chiropractor that is Webster certified.

She happily answered all of my questions and made me an appointment. The day of my appointment the staff was just as welcoming as they had seemed over the phone. The atmosphere felt comfortable and I was met with smiles from the staff behind the counter. She was very helpful. I was there to see Dr. Hailey for my back. I was a bit nervous being my first time. When she came into the room she was very nice. She sat down and truly tried to understand my situation and what could be done to help. Instantly, I could see and feel that she wanted help make me more comfortable and relaxed about it all and inform me about my situation and solutions to it. She did a phenomenal job correcting and adjusting my back and neck. I felt amazing afterwards! Of course that just offered relief. She then offered me exercises that I can do throughout my day to help my situation overall. Like I said, she was very informative. Even as write this review I'm listening to her advice about posture, especially when using our devices. The exercises have truly seem to offer relief. Over time, with commitment, I can see this fixing my situation. They do offer massage therapy here as well. Which seemed to be popular. I think down the road I'll be giving that a try. Tim went inside at 1pm when we hadn't heard anything and he was told there were still 6 ahead of him. At 2pm I checked at the registration desk and was told that there were 3 people ahead of him.....at 2:30pm (having waited FIVE HOURS) he went into the facility and inquired as to how much longer it would be and the girl at the front desk responded with an attitude that they only had 2 providers and should be soon. Finally at 2:45pm he was escorted to a treatment room where he waited for 30+ minutes with no one checking on him or telling him anything. He went back to the front desk and asked if he had been forgotten and was all but yelled at that the provider would be in soon. At 3:30pm I entered and inquired at the front desk as to his status and was told that she would check, though the receptionist seemed very miffed that I was asking. I stood there waiting and the girl puttered around, clearly purposely wasting time....another patient entered and asked about the wait....you guessed it, she was told it was 2 to 3 hours....LIES! The girl glared at me and informed me that Tim was "with the provider" and she slammed the slider window closed. In a couple of minutes another lady, who identified herself as "Michelle and I am the owner of this practice" and said "is there a problem?". I explained that we had been told that the wait would be 2 to 3 hours and that we had waited SIX HOURS!....her response was "you can leave if you don't like it." While it is true we could have left, we went to this practice for TREATMENT....and six hours seemed excessive and the attitude and lack of professionalism by the front staff....and even more the owner....was ridiculous! MARY, the nurse practitioner who ultimately treated Tim was awesome....she was the ONLY bright spot in this deplorable facility. I would strongly advise you steer clear of Valley Urgent Care.....the lack of consideration COMMUNICATING if there were going to be delays shows a lack of respect for patients attempting to get care. Interesting that they have this sign posted....perhaps their leadership is the problem!

I have seen improvements with my posture, aches an pains in my back have gone away. I really enjoy this chiropractic office because they don't do the usual popping, cracking, twisting of the spine! They use a cool little gadget that sends a steady pulse through the nervous system. It's awesome! The staff is so friendly and remembers conversations from the week before. I don't feel like I'm money walking in the door. I have recently started bringing my 6 year old son who has seasonal allergies. When calling to make an appointment, it's as if you are inviting yourself over for coffee and a chat, not a neck or back adjustment. They have this way making one feel as if they are part of that office. I've never had to wait to be seen. In fact, I've called a couple of times while in town and at the last minute called to see if they could fit me in while I was close by... They've always said 'Come on in... We'll see you when you get here.' With a regular adjustment I'm in and out within about ten minutes. Dr Lowman doesn't push extra treatments on people. He didn't tell me that it would take about six weeks for me to get relief with making appointments two to three times per week. He simply says..."call me when you need me." I really like that.

Although I don't go often, Dr. Lowman's work and advice have been invaluble to me, especially being on a budget. They are always available to take me same-day on those emergency cases.
