So first let me set up the back story. A few months back I had a seizure while riding in a vehicle…read moreand because of the seat belt I ended up breaking my own back. Burst fracture of my T-12 vertebra. I now have rods and screws in my spine, which formed a cast to help support the break. My neurologist was very adamant that I take my seizure medication on time and that I get plenty of sleep. If i do not get sleep i run a high risk of a breakthrough seizure and potentially paralyzing myself! I have been unable to sleep more than a few spurts through out the night, for weeks now, because of the pain in my back. Now here's my experience with Dr. Holland and his TA. Day #1 I walk in and i Immediately hear a 70+ year old man in agony trying to get his prescription filled only to have the nurse tell him there is nothing that can be done. Already not a good start. I then wait for my turn and proceed to talk with Dr. Holland and explain what is going on and what has been done already. Dr. Holland then immediately starts to argue with me about my previous medical procedure. Stating "no you're actually fused" and treating me and my wife as if we are moron's. He did however come back and apologize for being wrong but only after having to argue with him multiple times! He then sends me home with a prescription that I attempted to take and my body just wasn't having any of it. I even took 1/8th of a pill to try to get some relief without throwing up. No luck. So I then make another appointment and go back take a urine sample with out anyone watching and proceed to put it in the bin along with 4 other samples all of which could be tampered with by anyone who uses the bathroom. They then proceed to prescribe me an anti-inflammatory, which did absolutely nothing for my pain. I go back and he then agrees to write me a prescription for what he says is "Oxycodone". i get to the pharmacy and find out it's the Percocet, which is what my Dr. originally put me on after my surgery and then changed it to standard Oxy HCL 5mg because it was causing me to be Numbed out and depressed for some reason. I explained this to Dr. Holland and he literally accused me of trying to get medication to sell on the street! This man is rude, jaded and an absolutely terrible Dr. How can any Dr. who took an oath to do no harm treat anyone like this?! Refusing to help a patient in need is a violation of their oath of office! I would not recommend anyone go to this cold heartless place!

Saw this doc for a number of years; treatments were spot-on, and he always treated me right.read more

He told me the proposed procedure was "easy", "routine", and "proven". I ended up with chronic pain in my face and a complete inability to breathe through my nose. I have subsequently travelled to see top nose surgeons around country and they unanimously have said Dr. Parks plan with me was doomed from square one. Two of surgeons were baffled by Dr. Park's ineptness, and they were obviously sorry for what he did to me. I actually had to battle out of serious depression because of the damage Dr. Park caused. I am writing this review with the hope that it prevents future prospective patients from letting him fool you into surgery. Do not let him touch you.

I have spent years battling with a deviated septum that has caused me many health problems. I have…read morebeen told by three doctors that I have a severely deviated septum that needs to be corrected with surgery. I have been waiting all of these years because of job changes that created changes to my insurance and relocations that have caused changes with my doctors. I have chronic headaches, dizziness, insomnia, nosebleeds, have episodes where I have passed out from lack of oxygen, etc. My local ENT doctor told me that I was a complicated case and would need some degree of reconstructive (plastic surgery) and that he wasn't comfortable doing the surgery and that no one in the area was good enough to take it on. He referred me to Dr. Park. I have waited years to finally have an appointment with a surgeon to schedule my surgery, and once referred, I had to wait 3 months to get in with Dr. Park. When the appointment came, a doctor Hyde was the one that came in. He told me that he worked for Dr. Park, which immediately caught me off guard since I had waited so long to see Dr. Park. When Mr. Park finally came in (accompanied by three medical students) he entered the room with a certain arrogance about him. I immediately could tell that this wasn't going to go well. His demeanor was that of a stuck up, full of himself, holier than thou surgeon that every potential patient dreads. He began to examine me, spouting out medical terms such as "lateral collapse" to the student that was updating my medical record. Meanwhile all of the students are staring at me, which as you can imagine, was very uncomfortable. Mr. Park told me that I had about 20% usage of my right nostril and called me a "mild case". He said "some people can't breathe out of their noses at all". He completely dismissed me, and made me feel like I was just in search of a nose job. I was referred to Dr. Park because I was told by a highly reputable surgeon that I would need some aesthetic surgery in addition to the medical aspect. I never mentioned plastic surgery to either doctor. Mr. Park kept trying to convince me that I didn't need surgery, and kept using lingo that only surgeons would understand. When I would ask him to clarify he would respond with " As I said", or " Again". He was talking AT me and down on me. I almost started crying, and my frustration was clearly displayed on my face and with my body language. Dr. Park stood to my side so I had to turn my body just to speak to him and look up at him. He told me that I didn't need surgery, even though I was desperately spouting off about all of the years of suffering, the struggle to breathe, the lack of sleep and of sanity from living a life with oxygen deprivation. He dismissed me with nothing but a recommendation to do a sleep study, that maybe I had sleep apnea. I am back to square one. After years of effort to get my nose fixed, I was pushed to the side; talked to like a girl that was just trying to get a nose job. I was in tears the entire 2 hour drive back home, back to square one. I hope that Mr. Park will be forced to come to terms with how he has set myself and others back on their battle to improve their quality of life.
