When calling to make an appointment, it's as if you are inviting yourself over for coffee and a chat, not a neck or back adjustment. They have this way making one feel as if they are part of that office. I've never had to wait to be seen. In fact, I've called a couple of times while in town and at the last minute called to see if they could fit me in while I was close by... They've always said 'Come on in... We'll see you when you get here.' With a regular adjustment I'm in and out within about ten minutes. Dr Lowman doesn't push extra treatments on people. He didn't tell me that it would take about six weeks for me to get relief with making appointments two to three times per week. He simply says..."call me when you need me." I really like that.

He found a long term solution to my pain as well as treatment for me. Although I don't go often, Dr. Lowman's work and advice have been invaluble to me, especially being on a budget. They are always available to take me same-day on those emergency cases. I've referred my husband and mother-in-law to him as well. I only wish his hours included 5-6 PM weekdays or Saturdays for the rigid working-class schedule.
