Resulting in severe pain- he worked my shoulder too hard one day-- whilst chatting away about other things. I brought that up to him later (when I returned in severe pain) and he seemed to understand. But on subsequent visits I found myself unable to relax because I was acutely aware of his attention not being on his work. Like he was on autopilot. So I went back without the husband. Aaaaand he chatted to his colleague-- about my husband!!-- while he worked on me. That upset me to the point that I stayed away for a while. If I'm paying 50 bucks for 5 minutes of your time, I want your attention on me and my spine that whole 5 minutes. After some cooling off time, I came back again for his help. When I was on the table with his hands on my neck and his head over mine, no mask, no precautions, he told me he had been sick. "But I'm over it now, I know I'm not contagious." A few days later I came down with a terrible flu. MF'er gave me the flu. That was my sign to get gone and stay gone. I come here for pain relief, not to acquire pain. I feel that he cares more about getting you in/out and collecting your money than he does about being present and providing safe, attentive care. Sad because he is a gifted healer, maybe he just needs to reconnect with the reasons why he chose this work in the first place.

If you are pregnant please find a chiropractor that is Webster certified.

How many chiros actually have been thoroughly trained in the Activator Technique or do they still use the old crack-your-back. Dr Randolph can do both if you wish. A friend gave me a gift certificate for a massage from the Stuarts Draft Office. They made me wait…read more30 minutes past my appointment time so by the time I got back there I really needed the massage! Despite this wait time I decided to establish as a new patient because they took my insurance. I had to take time off of work to make the appointment time of 4:30pm. When I arrived at the office they informed me that my appointment was at 4:15pm (15 minutes prior), despite the time on my calendar and my reminder. They then inform me that I will have to reschedule the appointment and will not see me. Absolutely ridiculous!! Even if the appointment had been at 4:15pm (which it was not!) it was only a difference of 15 minutes. It was fine for them to make me wait 30 minutes past my appointment time the previous time!!! The staff could have cared less and it takes a very long time to get through to make appointments because they never answer the phone. I will not be going back here and wouldn't recommend wasting your time here when there are other, more friendly offices in the area!!

This was my first experience going to a chiropractor…read more I had talked to a lady on the phone days before my appointment to ask some questions I had. She was very polite and informative. She happily answered all of my questions and made me an appointment. The day of my appointment the staff was just as welcoming as they had seemed over the phone. The atmosphere felt comfortable and I was met with smiles from the staff behind the counter. She was very helpful. I was there to see Dr. Hailey for my back. I was a bit nervous being my first time. When she came into the room she was very nice. She sat down and truly tried to understand my situation and what could be done to help. Instantly, I could see and feel that she wanted help make me more comfortable and relaxed about it all and inform me about my situation and solutions to it. She did a phenomenal job correcting and adjusting my back and neck. I felt amazing afterwards! Of course that just offered relief. She then offered me exercises that I can do throughout my day to help my situation overall. Like I said, she was very informative. Even as write this review I'm listening to her advice about posture, especially when using our devices. The exercises have truly seem to offer relief. Over time, with commitment, I can see this fixing my situation. They do offer massage therapy here as well. Which seemed to be popular. I think down the road I'll be giving that a try. I do plan on making my visits recurring. I would highly recommend Hailey Chiropractic.
