Alex takes the time before the massage to go over any ailments you may have and goes over possible massage approaches that may help. For example, I experience frequent headaches/migraines, so he did some facial massage work. We also did some breathing techniques during the course of the 90 minutes. The heat of the hot rocks was a nice addition and really soothed my muscles. I walked out of there feeling better than I have in weeks. He also takes the time to talk to you after the massage to tell you what he noticed during it, and what to do different to feel better in daily life. Then I met Alex. He is respectful, knowledgeable, kind, generous and a terrific practitioner. His only fault may be that he cares more about your well-being than you probably do.
