I had some trepidation as many body parts need work, not necessarily hands. After being there 2…read moreminutes with this amazing staff I realized how much more is involved and while I get foot reflexology triggers, hands are probably the most important part of our daily use. There's peaceful spa music playing throughout the spa and I was quickly assisted by the front desk attendant to check in and get settled in for my appointment. I was easily able to book via phone. What I really appreciated was that during the virtual checkin, there's a section that asks you for which focus areas you'd like the masseuse to focus on during your service. You can then circle different parts of the body (this is shown from different angles as well) to specify where you'd like your masseuse to specifically target. This personalization was very evident during my actual massage and again, I was impressed by how everything was very clean/spotless there. The masseuse politely asked/checked in throughout my massage if I was comfortable and if she was using the right amount of pressure. I was surprised that the oil was slightly heated/warm, but really enjoyed how soothing it was. I left my massage feeling very refreshed and relaxed. Overall, it was one of the best massages I've had and the service was great. I'll definitely be back!

My favorite classes are Yoga for tight muscles and Gentle yoga. Dana, MaryAnn and Maggie are three of the best yoga instructors I've ever been taught by. Every class is a peaceful yet challenging experience. The KUR yoga community is a wonderful group of people, some have become friends off the mat. KUR also has all the props needed to enhance your practice. I have a package that includes a monthly massage and Dana in addition to being an amazing yoga instructor is a fantastic masseuse! Thank you KUR for creating such a wonderful environment with such a stellar staff.

What I got was barely forty minutes of a vacuum like machine going over my back some extractions that were deep then a lack luster massage no treatment to my arms and elbows as stated in the description and then I was sent on my way. 15 minutes to spare all for the Price of $269 I was actually kinda stunned I still gave the masseuse a $50 tip which once I got home and thought about it I regret. I have travelled all over the world visiting spas. Never have I been treated this shabbily.

My in-laws gave us a gift certificate for a couples' massage as a combined birthday/Christmas…read morepresent (January birthdays). We decided to upgrade our experience - I had an 80 minute hot stone massage, and my husband had an 80 minute CBD-ease massage. We also added the hand therapy treatment for dry hands (a must in the winter). I had an amazing massage with 'A.' I have not had a massage in almost 10 years, but I would say this one is in my top 3. I didn't realize how tender some of my muscles were until she started working. I really enjoyed the hand therapy treatment and the hot stones. I'm almost certain my husband fell asleep at some point, because I heard him lightly snoring! Scheduling was easy and everything was on time. We left feeling incredibly relaxed. I would definitely come back here again, and I'm even considering getting a monthly membership.

i wasn't going to post this because i felt bad for the therapist (who was amazing and kind!!), but…read morei think everyone should see this. i've now had two bad experiences with the owner. the first time was when i paid with apple pay for her system. it wasn't working with her tap. the whole time she was insinuating it was "my fault" and it felt like she was accusing me of basically being broke. if im coming here for a massage, i can assure you i have money in the bank account. the same thing happened today. after this happened, i told myself i wouldn't go back. but i thought id give it another shot. she got increasingly irritated when the same thing happened today, and kept saying "are you sure it's not your card, it worked with everyone else." No, I can assure you it's not. Overall very unprofessional. To top that off, this sign was at the front. When my card didn't work again, she had to type it in her computer. She didn't ask me how much i wanted to tip and just said "I'm putting 20%". I would have had no problem doing so, if it wasn't for this egregious and tacky sign (asking patrons to pay up to 30% with 20% being the minimum service fee) and also her declaration without even asking. additionally saying 20% is a "service fee" is illegal. anyways, i unfortunately will never go back, which sucks because the masseuses are always so nice.
