She is both tender and firm, and she genuinely sees kids--holistically holding all of who they are so she can support them as meaningfully as possible. Her toolkit is endless and space is a testament to her dedication to helping (every family's house should probably look like SPOT). It is amazing to watch her roll with each moment--her skill and responsiveness are both off the charts. I feel so fortunate to have her in our lives! If you're looking for OT, this is the spot.

Our daughter always felt safe, understood, and genuinely liked by her, which matters so much. We originally sought OT for a specific issue, but Rebekah helped us better understand so many connected pieces along the way. Emotional regulation, confidence, flexibility, social dynamics. Things we honestly did not expect to grow as much as they did. The whole practice is amazing and while we are thrilled our daughter was ready to move on, a part of us is sad to be leaving because Rebekah has meant so much to our family.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for Rainu, who has been an absolutely amazing advocate and support person for both me and my son. From the very beginning, she brought a fresh breath of air into our journey--helping me learn how to better support my son's needs, navigate the process, and feel empowered every step of the way. It has truly been a joy working alongside Rainu. Her professionalism, compassion, and genuine care stood out immediately, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have had her support. You are very lucky to have someone like her on your team. I also want to express my appreciation for the entire team at Maxima Therapy. Since my son started receiving services--from Infant Development to OT to Speech and now working with Rainu--our experience has always been exceptional. Maxima Therapy has consistently been our go-to agency because of the incredible quality of care and dedication your team provides. We had the privilege of working with Iliana C,. Cassidy G., Elizabeth H,. Larissa & Rainu. We had a brief experience with another agency in the past, and unfortunately, it didn't meet our expectations. That experience made us value Maxima even more, and I've continued to request your services because of the trust and positive outcomes we've had. Thank you for developing such a great program. I will absolutely continue to recommend Maxima Therapy to other parents I connect with through the Regional Center. Most importantly, I want to highlight that this message was not prompted by Rainu, Iliana, Cassidy, Elizabeth and Larissa (whom worked with my child)--this is something I felt strongly about doing on my own to show appreciation for the support and care we've received.

And it took another month to get an appointment for the initial assessment for my son. Then once the assessment was done it took another month to get an appointment to start to receive speech! when you arrive there there's no front office or or reception or anyone to speak to. When you arrive at their offices, there's no one there to receive you. You just have to walk into room and a speech therapist who happens to be walking by will let another speech Therapist know you're available. and schedulers work from home or remotely so it's impossible to get in touch with them through a regular phone line and texting them is a big joke as well. I honestly don't know what's going on there. I assume that maybe they were going out of business and everything was falling apart. I couldn't tolerate working like this with my son speech therapy at stake so after six months of playing phone tag and texting we finally gave up and found another therapist.
