The shuttle itself exceeded our expectations--it was clean, comfortable, and packed with fun amenities like neon lighting, drink service, and great music connections! Our only constructive feedback is regarding timeline guidance. Since our wedding fell on the Friday evening before a holiday weekend, our driver arrived 5 minutes late for the first shuttle run, and heavy traffic ultimately caused our ceremony to start late. As clients planning a major event, we would have really appreciated extra guidance from the team during booking--such as a heads-up to factor local holiday traffic and ceremony timing into our overall schedule. Overall, though, we had a great experience and would still recommend Michael's Limousine for any event transportation!

When the time came, they were 45 minutes late, and showed up with ONE van with an entire row of seats missing from the back. Everyone piled in, and whoever was left over had to sit on the floor in back. The driver was a moron. He took the long way, and we BARELY made it to the wharf in time.There was no time to figure something else out or get another van asap. Not a pleasant experience. I don't think I'll deal with these dumbasses again any time soon.
