I have been using them for over a decade. I drive up and down 101 all day for work so I get a lot of chips in my windshield. They are always quick to get me in and do quality work. He will always try to salvage the windshield if possible. I highly highly recommend this company if you need any windshield work. read more

Chipped or cracked windshield? No fun! Healdsburg Auto Glass to the rescue! A rock recently hit my windshield while I was driving, and the chip quickly turned into a large, s-shaped crack. Thankfully my insurance covers this. I called insurance and filed a claim, and although I had a choice of repair shops, they recommended Healdsburg Auto Glass (as did a friend). Love a good recommendation and convenient location. John at Healdsburg Auto Glass was super responsive and helpful - he confirmed that he could order the specific windshield needed for my car and had me scheduled within a week's time. I dropped my car off with the friendly John and Jordan in the morning on my scheduled day, and it was ready by midday. I paid my $100 deductible, signed the quick paperwork, and was on my way. Thanks guys! John said that if I ever get just a chip (rather than crack) in my windshield, that it's an easy repair for him. He'll be my first call! read more

I scheduled an appointment to have my windshield repaired. I got there and it was not anything that needed repaired. When I arrived I was greeted professionally and with a smile. The owner took a second look and confirmed there was no reason to repair and the integrity of the windshield was good. I apologized for taking up an appointment. The response "no problem thanking you for trusting us"!!!!!! Stand up operation. read more

John and his staff are amazing! Quality work and went above and beyond anyone's expectations to help me. Extremely fair priced. My large truck had its windshield smashed and was not able to transport it to a shop. Since I didn't live far away, John and his experienced installer, came over and in no time had the windshield replaced. They even took the time to detail the interior of my truck to remove all the broken glass. It's refreshing to know there are still people like John and his crew who provide a small business superior customer service and quality workmanship. I would and will recommend Healdsburg auto glass to everyone. read more

In prepping my 2000 Ford Ranger for sale I realized the windshield, which had a decent crack in it, really needed replacement. I saw the reviews here and called Healdsburg Auto Glass on a Thursday and spoke with John. He checked out what I'd need and said he could take care of me Friday morning at 8AM - the next day.... so fast! John is everything you want in a service professional - courteous and friendly, knowledgeable and communicative. He had my glass waiting when I pulled up and called me right about 11:15 to say he was satisfied the seal had set enough for me to pick up. Amazing service, competitive pricing, and great workmanship! read more

Great service, very quick, extremely professional. Brought my car here a few weeks ago and wasn't disappointed. Thank you

These guys were awesome! They fixed my broken windshield within days, were extremely communicative, and priced it at a good value.

My experience with Healdsburg Auto Glass was perfect from start to finish. They responded to my phone message quickly, set up an appointment that worked well for my schedule, did a beautiful job of replacing my front window in my Mazda and delivered my car back to my door after completion! I would definitely recommend this local home town business to anyone needing auto glass replacement. Karen read more

I want to recommend Healdsburg Auto Glass. I got a crack in my windshield. Called State Farm. They confirmed the deductable and that Healdsburg Auto Glass is on their list. The integration between the two was seamless. John was great with follow up and it felt like I was his top priority. No reason to go anywhere else for auto glass replacement. read more

I needed the windshield replaced on my Honda Civic and John worked me in for the day after I called. He was awesome -- friendly, accommodating and skilled, and the price was very fair. I'd looked into mobile windshield repair/replace businesses, as I had no means of transportation to and from a shop; these businesses had no mobile appointments for at least two weeks. I really appreciated that John helped get me from his shop to my home and back. And I love spending my dollars locally. read more

Color us very happy with John and Healdsburg Auto Glass. Gasket around our Jeep rear side windows shrunk with age and had pulled free of the windows. We were told by several places to expect $50 to $200 per gasket plus labor. John gave us several options and was ultimately able to just warm the gasket to stretch it back into place and nicely filled the gap for a total of only $40. We appreciated his creativity in considering multiple options, and ultimately providing a better solution than had even been mentioned by anyone else. He has a wonderfully friendly personality on top of that. We'll definitely be back. In fact I just made an appointment to have a rock-ding filled this afternoon. Very responsive. read more

I bought a 2013 Volvo xc70 in October of 2022. Of course there was no rain for four years but soon after I bought the car in November the rains came. I soon discovered my car had a front windshield leak. Bummer!! I went to John and he took my vin number and got an after market windshield to replace it. When he received it he checked it out and determined it would not work. He called me and told me about the issue and he discovered that even though the car was listed as a 2013, it was actually manufactured in May of 2012. This great guy took the time to not only return the windshield, but took the time to talk with the Volvo guys in Santa Rosa to make sure we got the correct windshield! The windshield was replaced and we are high and dry!! I can not thank John for all his help. If you want high quality work done on your car, Healdsburg Auto glass is where you need to go!!!!! read more

The other reviewers we're right, this is the place to go for a cracked windshield if you want it done right for a fair price! This is the third windshield I've had to replace and thanks to Joey, my rain sensor finally works again. This guy knows what he's doing. read more

I do not use Yelp often, but felt I need to recommend this business. John was very good at providing service to my broken window. I had it broken in a auto burglary on Friday. It was replaced on Tuesday morning. The cost was lower than the company that my insurance company referred me to. John even vacuumed the broken glass inside the car. Thanks John! read more

My Subaru Outback was only three days old when two kids broke out both back windows looking to steal whatever was inside. I almost caught the kids, but they were too fast for me. Not sure what I would have done had I nabbed them; probably best that I was too old and slow. :-) I received a recommendation from my insurance company (Allstate) but their approved vendor list did not include any local shops. I like to work with local businesses, so even though Healdsburg Auto Glass was not on Allstate's list, I called them anyway and am certainly glad that I did. As it turned out, Healdsburg Auto Glass is fully warranted to make repairs for Allstate. This was a great relief, as I strongly believe in supporting our local Healdsburg businesses. John at Healdsburg Auto Glass did a fantastic job. He ordered the replacement windows that same day, and called me when they came in, just a few days later (time-frame spanned a weekend). Upon installation, John made sure the gasket seals were air and water tight. He was also super conscientious in the clean up process. I was back on the road very quickly, as good as new, and all it cost me out of pocket was my $50 policy deductible. Count me as a very satisfied customer. Highly recommended. read more

After a run-in with a stray rock on 101 cracked the windshield of my 2003 Tacoma I made a few calls around town for estimates. First two estimates were in the $400.00 range. Then I read a couple of Yelp reviews about Healdsburg Auto Glass and gave them a call. The owner, John, gave me an estimate of almost $125.00 less than anyone else and could do the work almost immediately. The job took just under 3 hours and I was set with a new windshield, professionally installed and it looked great! I would recommend John to anyone in need of auto glass of any kind. John has over 25 years experience and it shows in the finished product as well as his friendliness and professionalism. Need auto glass? You won't go wrong giving John a call. read more

Austen, is great! He met me after I called late in the afternoon on a Friday fearing my rear window was close to falling out. He took the window out, cleaned up the outside and took extra care to reinstall and tape for safety so I could get home to Cloverdale. He went over and above and I couldn't be happier with the price. What a great guy. That window easily could have fallen out on 101 and killed someone. Im very grateful! read more

Best auto glass place! Great customer service. John gave me a ride to town and back, while my windshield was being replaced. Thank you John! read more

We needed a new windshield in our SUV and obtained three or four quotes from repair shops in Healdsburg, Santa Rosa and Rohnert Park. HAG was competitive with all. We scheduled an appointment and on the appointed day, I arrived to find a smiling, friendly John prepping our new windshield in a clean, tidy shop. We chatted for a few minutes before we left the car. By noon, he called that our car was ready and we picked it up late in the day. His workmanship was superb. The moldings looked factory installed and his quote was spot on. We have gone through two or three rains since John installed the windshield with no leaking issues. Absolutely as quoted with a friendly touch. Hopefully I will not need a new windshield any time soon, but if I do, I would definitely return to Healdsburg Auto Glass. read more

Went to see HAG and owner John after AAA preferred company would not replace my windshield due to rust issues. My 20 year old Trooper was a challenge and John took it on without hesitation. He did an excellent job on the windshield replacement. Great communication, took photos to show me what he did. On Friday afternoon I called my insurance agent about a cracked windshield that needed replacing on my Prius. We agreed to use Healdsburg Auto Glass. Within an hour or two John called to get the windshield ordered and set up an appointment. Today is Tuesday - dropped the car off this morning and picked it up 3 hours later. Could not have been faster, easier, or more professional. It's a beautiful job and John made it so easy. He also volunteered how to deal with a small crack in the future should it happen again.
