Austin was incredibly kind, responsive, and willing to help us figure out what to do next. He contacted multiple suppliers trying to locate the passenger-side window glass for my Tesla and worked hard to make a same-day replacement possible for us. I really appreciated how much effort he put into trying to make it happen. It meant a lot to be reminded that even when you're somewhere unfamiliar and dealing with a stressful situation, there are still genuinely good people who are willing to go out of their way to help. If you ever need auto glass service, I would definitely recommend coming here and asking for Austin. Thank you again for everything!

Well Jenn…read moreand Shelby at Advanced Auto Glass in Santa Rosa (2460 location) managed to turn things around, not only with their exceptionally competitive pricing (the lowest anywhere) but their sunny and fun attitudes. In this information age when interactions are becoming more and more transactional, having a personal touch makes a big difference. I ate my lunch in the lounge while the work got done on my car, and just as I was finished eating, they completed the job. They were so fast! Jen was fun to talk to and the experience all around was fantastic. They used high quality glass, that I am confident will last, allowing I have better driving habits and don't try to pass semi's without mud-flaps anymore. I hope they never have to see me again for a cracked windshield, but if they ever need yoga and personal training, I hope they give me a call! I can say that I don't regret the circumstances so much anymore thank you Advanced Auto Glass! Also, Shelby teaches pilates.

Was told the car might be done at 4, called at 415 and said it'd be done at 5. Wasn't "done" until 545 but during the walk through there were several obviously missed areas and many sections that hadn't even been touched. They come back at 615 to say it's done again but at this point I need to take care of personal matters and take the car as is. As I'm driving I see smears and drips all over the driving cluster and all over the windshield. The steering wheel is dangerously greasy. When I get home the hood has several dirty areas that I can wipe off with my finger. The chrome grill was not at all shiny and in fact had spotty residue all over. And drippy residue down driver side door too. There was overspray on the plastic exterior parts, discoloration all over the interior, and just plain old dirt and grime around the wheel arches. I'm thinking to myself if I had an entire day to detail my car I could have done a better job myself. I've taken a car here in the past and had great results but this time it seemed like the business was more focused on getting as many cars as they possibly can in a day. And for that, they've lost a repeat customer and any future recommendations. 3 stars just cuz of the first time I brought the car in and because of the good experiences I've had at their glass shop but as a stand alone experience it'd be 1. And now you got me reconsidering the glass shop .
