Courtesy, swiftness, attitude,-my car looks perfect!! Thank you Greg and your really fun daughter!

Just got my car back from getting some work done after an accident and am so pleased! Their entire team is great and so kind. Shout out to Greg for being so thorough and for the great communication while my car was in the shop, and also shout out to the sweet woman at the front desk, she always was so helpful each time I came in. Really appreciate all of your hard work! read more

I decided to have a pro look at my rear bumper that was a bit loose on the right side. Don't know how I managed that, but I knew I couldn't keep driving with it in that condition. So on my way back from previous appointment, I decided to stop by Gulick's Autobody, Inc, Petaluma's original bodyshop, they have been in Petaluma for decades and are involved with car shows & such. I figured what harm would it be to get an estimate without getting my insurance involved. So I parked in their expanse parking lot walked in and tried to explain my dilemma to the receptionist, before I could say more, Greg came around the counter and asked me to take him to my car, and show him the problem. And within minutes he told me what they could do, gave me an estimate, which was a very fair price and I decided to have them fix it. I will admit I was ready to try to repair it myself with a silly You Tube video & some product they recommended. But the more I thought about it, the safety issues, etc and besides who was I kidding, I didn't wanna get dirty or fail, I'm gonna leave this to the pros at Gulick's Autobody, Inc. I just needed to wait a couple days for a part, and that was fine because I needed my car for the weekend. We agreed, they called the next week day. I went in and within an hour my bumper was securely attached and looking good, safe and on the road again. So glad I went in to get a quote and work done at a reputable bodyshop. read more

I was rear ended by someone with great insurance... their preferred shop near me is Gulick's. While I was made aware that I could choose another shop, after reading the reviews here I stopped in for a quick estimate just a few days after the incident. The gentleman doing my estimate was thorough, thoughtful and quick. We made an appointment for me to leave my car on a Monday after work. The shop gave me a ride right after I dropped it off to the nearby rental car place. On Thursday I got a call that it was done early. I was able to leave my car with them and pick up my Mercedes. The best part is my car looks even better than before I got hit. They did a beautiful job and I could not be more grateful. This will be the shop I use and recommend no matter what an insurance company suggests. Very happy customer. read more

I cannot recommend these guys enough. Greg and Matt are as professional as they come. They went above and beyond and really stand by their work. I was worried that the paint matching would be tricky for this color since I'd seen less than ideal outcomes online when people had tried paint-matching parts at other shops, but when Greg explained their process, I felt more at ease and assured. The result is everything I could've asked for! I'm so glad I went with Gulick's! Thank you guys again! read more

Fantastic all around. I smashed up my lovely Ioniq 5, banging up the passenger side front and in the end losing the front bumber. Gulicks didn't blink, dealt with the insurance, told me what was happening when I called in, fixed the car and I was done. Polite, pleasant, straight forward and so far the car looks and feels great. read more

A big thank you to Greg and the entire crew at Gullick's. This is twice now that I have taken my Audi for repair and they never disappoint. There is absolutely nowhere else that I would ever consider taking my car for repair. The entire experience was seamless and handled in a professional manner. Greg's communication with my insurance claims department and keeping me updated regularly as to the progress really put my mind at ease. The ultimate result was top notch high quality workmanship. Cheers to you! read more

Did a great job, car looked like new, all detailed. Car was ready early. Very courteous.

My 1st experience with Greg at Gulick was very smooth. My neighbor who worked previously with CSAA referred me. My son was rear-ended and I had the Toyota towed to the shop. I had reached out to Greg prior to the tow to advise him. Shame as it was, Insurance totaled the car. My 2nd experience was just as fabulous. A neighbor had hit my Subaru and I scheduled repairs. This time insurance was covering the repairs. Greg had informed me he would take care of everything. He advised me how long the repairs would be and phoned right on schedule explaining my car was ready for pickup. I HIGHLY recommend Gulick for auto body repairs, so very professional in all ways. A HUGE THANK YOU! read more

What a wonderful car repair experience, or better said, truck repair. Truck was t-boned by a person who ran a stop sign. Fortunately, no one hurt but the truck had major rear damage. Insurance folks wanted the truck taken to one of their preferred vendors. That pointed us in a different direction, we called Gullick's and that was the end of the insurance preferred vendor idea. Greg was so helpful during the insurance process. Super smooth. Truck was back in 3.5 weeks. The repairs and paint work really so impressive! Other than us knowing the damaged area, no one else would. Impeccable work! don't know what exactly they did in preparing the truck for return, but it looked and continues to look amazing! For a 10+ year old truck, with 140K miles, it looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor! Thanks for the great experience, Greg and the entire Gullick's team. read more

Huge shoutout to Matt at Gulick's Auto Body! I'm absolutely thrilled on the speedy work to fix my vehicle this week. Thanks to Matt and his team my vehicle looks brand new! Fantastic experience with these guys. Had moderate front end damage to my 2017 Honda CR-V from an accident, other party was at fault and their insurer was a major PITA to deal with, but the team at Gulick's took over all the paperwork and got our car in like-new condition. Even sent the car to the dealer for calibration of all the sensors. Very communicative throughout, and they even did some detailing and cleaned the car inside and out. Brilliant! read more

Great service, reasonable pricing, and detailed customer service! Also the job is done on time and correctly.

I just went in to get an estimate for repair work on my car. Matt was fast and friendly. He gave me a fair quote and emailed it to me.

I picked up my car yesterday after being in an accident and could not be happier with the results! My new door looked perfect and they detailed the inside of my 9 year old car and it looked and smelled like a new car! They were attentive, professional, on time, called me to keep in touch, and the price was good for the excellent quality of the work. Thank you to Matt and Dave!!! I won't ever go anywhere else! Gulick's is the BEST!!!!! read more

I had a deep scratch in my TRD Sport 4x4 sticker. Matt removed it and replaced it with a new one and did a great job. He also removed a Hansel sticker the dealer stuck on the truck before I bought it. All for a great price. I will definitely be back. read more

My car was hit and I asked around for a referral. Several local friends said Gulick's without hesitation. That told me these guys have a long reputation of doing great work and made my decision easy. When I made the claim my insurance company tried to steer me to another shop and I insisted on Gulick's. So glad I did... My driver door had to be replaced and front fender repaired. My car is a 2006 so I expected to see difference in the old and new paint. You can't tell it was ever repaired! Great service and communication every step of the way. We were also approaching Thanksgiving and they made sure I got it back before the holiday. I couldn't be happier about the service. read more

Let me start this review off by saying I had really high expectations considering the history of this company my longstanding history of being a resident of this city and always happy to support local business owners. Went to get a quote for my 1994 Toyota Celica that had been in an accident and before he even got out of my car I could tell that I was going to be judged. I walked up to Ken the owner introduce myself he acted like he barely wanted to shake my hand. Literally grabed the top of my fingers as if I was dirty. I was always taught you can tell a lot by a man thru their handshake. Not impressed. didn't get more than 5 minutes into explaining why I was there and he simply said I would have to take this apart in order to even give you a quote. I thought to myself no problem so I responded with that would be okay then he proceeded to tell me that the repairs would be several thousand dollars and I should go through an insurance company I explained that the insurance will cover it the car is very old and I just wanted to get it fixed and pay out of pocket. This is where it gets ugly he told me it would probably be about $4,000 to repair the car more than the car is worth. I'm not sure if I look like I don't know anything about cars or fixing them but I was well prepared to pay the fees that I expected this repair to be and it went downhill from there. I came straight from work and was in complete business attire so not sure what the issue was or why I was treated this way. Long story short I left extremely disappointed feeling very much judged discriminated against and he treated me like I wouldn't have the money to fix my own car I'm actually sad that I was teared this way that's why I'm taking the time out to leave a review. I've referred several people to them before but likely will not be referring any other customers to them again. read more

My BMW was recently crunched by another car and I went through Gulicks via my insurance. I was immediately impressed from my first phone call, through to the end. The staff was amazing, the shop was very clean and organized, they explained the repair process and called me with updates and had my car completed before the estimated date. Very pleased! read more

There is a reason why every single yelp review for Gulick's is 5 stars - this place rocks. I was in a pinch and I walked in off the street. The first thing I noticed was how spotless the garage/workshop was. This is a good sign - it means they are professional and they 'care'. I went into the office & talked with Ken Gulick himself. He is fair & honest & a straight shooter, no BS... When I picked up my car the next day, I couldn't believe my eyes. It was perfect. By the way, a guy named Ernie did the work & he must be a magician. This guy is talented... The prices are exceedingly fair for the quality of workmanship that you get. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Gulick's has my unqualified recommendation. Dont even think of going anywhere else for body work. read more

Everything about working with Gulick's was top notch. They made my life very easy and repaired my crunched truck to make it appear like brand new. When I got in it to drive away after they finished I felt something was out of place in the cab. They had totally cleaned the INSIDE of my truck!!! It had not been that clean since the day I bought it and I appreciated all of their attention to details. An extra benefit is that they are open until 1 pm on Saturdays which is very rare for an auto body shop. read more

Ken's staff was extremely excellent in handling all of the problems my car faced when it became victimized by a series of potholes. When I told my parents about my car accident word of it passed on to my aunt who then recommended me to Gulick's Auto Body in Petaluma. My aunt has brought her car to Gulick's for over 20 years and with excellent reason. The staff at Gulick's got my car back up to shape and on the road in no time. They even cleaned the inside of my messy interior to give my wounded animal of a vehicle a second wind. While I hope that I don't fall into another situation that would involve severe car body repair, I find comfort that Gulick's is available to help me out to get me back on the road. read more

Fast and friendly and knowledgeable about working with different insurance companies even gave me a ride to the car rental shop

An unfortunate encounter with an urban deer caused me to reach out to this excellent Body Shop. I brought my car in on a Friday, was provided a ride to the rental car company. I was kept up to date on the progress of the repair and it was finished in a weeks time. Outside of the first class service and excellent repair, my car was returned shiny like new, inside and out. Everyone involved in the process should be commended for their first class service. Ken and his staff made my unfortunate accident an outstanding experience in customer service. read more

I was rear ended on 12/16. Over a week later and I'm still thinking about the service I received at Gulick's Auto Body and decided I should write a review to share my experience. I got rear ended on my way to work on a Friday morning. My insurance company suggested Gulicks and they were able to see me immediately and provide a quote. The following Tuesday evening my car was brought in and by 10am that Friday (12/23) I had my car back -looking BRAND NEW! I can't get over how clean they were able to get my car -even with the torrential down pouring of rain. The week before Christmas can be a stressful time and Gulick's went above and beyond to not add to my stress level. They informed me of the changes to pricing for parts and labor and worked directly with my insurance company. Jessica even went the extra step and gave me a ride to pick up my rental vehicle. Again, no stress, just great customer service going above and beyond. Although, I hope to never need to go back in need of a repair, it is nice to know where to go and know that you'll be taken care of. read more
