I made a couple of phones calls and sent requests to several businesses here on Yelp, and Michael came back with the best rate at the earliest time. He was very thorough with the cleaning and took his time which I really appreciated because he charged me me a flat rate instead of by the hour. I had Rick come out to restore the surface and windshield and wax the vehicle. They did a fantastic job and the truck's surface is as smooth as new. They also did a great job cleaning the outside of my horse trailer/LQ that needed a thorough cleaning. I will have Rick come back for a ceramic coating for my truck before heading to AZ next winter. The pricing is a bit high but fair for what they do. No one else in Carson is doing as nice of a job as Prestige. The only reason I'm not able to give 5 starts is because their service time is extremely inconsistent. Sometimes I've been in and out in less than half an hour. However, my latest visit I waited for an hour and 15 minutes. Way too long for a basic full service car wash. Not sure if it's a staffing issue or what. I do like that they changed their tipping structure so you can either tip when you pay with a card upon checkout or you can drop cash into a locked drop box. Much better than worrying about having something to hand the attendant when they call you. Prestige also does detailing services which I have never used. The cars I see waiting for pickup afterwards always look fantastic though!
