We discussed Lila's furcut, what I wanted for her. The grooming area looks like a salon. Clean and organized. They have these little gated spaces for pups to have their own chill out space while waiting to be picked up. Lila was so relaxed in her chill zone space when I walked in. She was ready to be picked up 2.5 hours later. Lila looks fantastic. She looks serious in the pictures but she was all smiles and wiggles, I was lucky to get her to sit still. Highly recommend. I booked our next appointment before I left. The facility is in a convenient location with plenty of parking.

I am a licensed veterinary technician and could not be more happy with the way she understands and handles my sometimes-difficult dogs. She is also scrupulously honest--- gives you a price upfront before she starts any work so that you know exactly what her services will cost. I have seen customers try to bully her into accepting their pets when they don't want to pay what she quoted, and when they have already been rejected by other groomers - and she remains quiet and calm in the face of their abuse. she seems able to handle obstreperous owners as skillfully as she handles dogs.
