Before booking they asked for pictures of my dog, the breed, her weight and quoted a price. Upon arrival the groomer wanted $55 mire and stated pricing is at the groomers discretion. Additionally they tried to add back in a $15 fuel surcharge which they did remove. The groomer then said her ears needed to be cleaned and nails done which was not the case as the vet had already did that. Lastly because of the last minute increase, I said to cancel the upgraded treatment, which the groomer claimed was only $10 less when I was quoted a $15 price. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the pricing change and asked the groomer to have the owner call me, but i never heard back. The groomer did do a good job, but I will not return.
