Coming out of the hell that was 2020, we reached out to Charlie in November about our project. Charlie was super honest about it and communicative about where he was in the process. So sure, getting to the install day was a drag - but it also wasn't his fault. Still, he was open and honest. Once our big day arrived? Something close to heaven. Not only because we finally had our long-awaited fence, but also....the work was fantastic. We also loved the fact that he didn't pawn it off on his crew sight unseen - he supervised and managed them. He's a total pro. Fact is, if you want a great fence and you want it done right AND you want it at a great price - R&R Fence is who you want.

Months later, there are multiple things wrong with the fence that should have been brought to our attention during the installation. After a storm forced a tree down through the fence, the owner Joe, ignored several calls and messages from me. I know the tornado likely increased their work load, but 5 months later I still haven't received any type of feedback to my query. Additionally, I was recently told "we're busy. We can't get to everyone". When I asked why he felt that was an acceptable answer and why other customers were more important than me, he hung up on me.

Again I had to tell them what to order because they denied they could get gates From Eastern fence in NY. So many red flags. I should have used my own installer and had him bill Service company. Marc the owner was very unpleasant to deal with as this wasn't a "big paying job" I was a nuisance to them really. Now 3 months later one of the gates has 2 cracks, one at a sodder joint corner, which is technically a Manufacturing flaw. Marc cannot be bothered to replace or fix because he is too busy with big jobs and I need to be more careful. Ya right, I don't beat on or man handle my equipment. A few days ago, one of the garage doors and tracking method failed. 24H Garage Doors LLC is refusing to honor the warranty, although it is only the 23rd month of a 5 year parts & labor warranty. They do not stand behind their work, and the technician that arrived to inspect the damage offhandedly said they didn't install it correctly in the first place. They were also extremely rude and disrespectful to both me and my spouse during the process of putting in a warranty claim, which they have yet to honor. I would halfway recommend them if they stood behind their work. But they do not honor their warranties, a poor business practice and a violation of the state laws of Connecticut. They also will give discounts on invoices in order for people to write 5-star reviews, so the good reviews you see online may not accurately reflect the company.
