Incredibly rude owner…read more I sent her a message on instagram asking about her upcoming dogs (if there are any) and how to work with her going forward, as I am interested in getting a puppy from a good breeder. Her messages were short, apathetic, and condescending. I asked her if there is a way I could work with her on being on a waitlist, if there is one, or connect with her on putting in a deposit, to show intent of my purchase. She would respond "I don't know" with no information. It's confusing how unprofessional and unhelpful she is, when she supposedly has a legitimate business in helping people get a dog. She had no desire to provide information or to service me. She was incredibly rude. This is not how you treat potential customers and was really taken back. I would not recommend this breeder and hope she learns to be more considerate towards people, given that she is a business owner.

After getting Frannie from Bonita, I got engaged, got married, moved, and am expecting my first child and Frannie has been with us through it all. Google maps had us in the wrong place and I didn't have a house number…read more After knocking on more than 10 doors we took a deep breath and I was able to find the place. I was so frantic because I couldn't find the place I had to have left 6 messages. when it looked like no one was home we decided to head home. A little after we got home my cell wrong. it was Tracy! she was the sweetest woman I'd ever talked to! she had the perfect kitty for me and when we saw her I fell in love immediately. Tracy was so kind and went through everything. I even got to meet her Stud muffin who was huge! Then she brought over one of her moms. She was absolutely beautiful!!! The cats were clean their fur shiny! She has a beautiful home that was spotless. I could find one spec of dust. The kitties were all very friendly including my new baby Sabine. We're Disney nuts and we love Star Wars. Sabine crawled right into my arms and snuggled in. she refused to be kept separate so she's already exploring and this morning I went to hunt for her so she could meet my dad and I found her curled up asleep under my dresser. She wasn't used to my overly friendly dog but she wanted to sleep with us. So there she slept. She's been having so much fun cuddling and prancing all over the house. You can 100% trust Tracy and Hudson Valley Maine Coons! She asks that you make an appointment first. If I had done that I would have had the house number and Google Maps wouldn't have gotten us lost for 90 minutes. I love this breeder! She does everything she can to make these kittens as lovable as possible. Sorry this is so long. I wanted to make sure everyone knew how great Tracy is and the Hudson Valley Maine Coons!!
