The questionnaire made me confident and proved they wanted to learn about the dogs in advance. Once our puppy was old enough to join, I reached out to Lisa because I was concerned that Moxie was scared when meeting new dogs, especially puppies, and due to her being too young + covid, she had not met as many. I was probably more worried than necessary, but Lisa NEVER made me feel that way. She spent lots of time talking with me about a plan to make sure Moxie and I were comfortable. She had us come in the evening after most dogs had left, and she knew that the dogs that would be there were good dogs for Moxie to meet. It went very well and Lisa assured me that Moxie's behavior was normal for a puppy and nothing to cause concern. Lisa suggested a specific day for Moxie to start coming based on personality matches with the other dogs. Now Moxie goes at least once a week and sometimes three. Moxie gets very excited and I can barely stop her from jumping out of the car to get in. She has boundless energy and Dawg On It helps with that, but above all, we know Moxie is safe and happy, while we can get some work done at home! When we returned everything was neat and orderly. We forgot to let her know where/what to do with full poop bags but she was thoughtful enough to grab a kitchen trash bag to stash them next to the garage door. Outstanding service and A+ communication…read more About a year and a half ago, we realized we were going to need a professional service to take care of our aging mixed breed, Honey (lab/ridgeback/mutt), when the neighbors' teen who'd been doing it was headed off to college. After meeting with a few service providers, felt a trust with Celeste that she'd take care of Honey like her own. While the price is more than the kid next door charges, it's been well worth it, as Honey actually gets exercise via walks, and attentive care. For instance, one time this summer, when Celeste found her semiconscious from a virus, she took her to our vet and called us from the road to let us know. That says a lot about the kind of proactive care they give. In addition, TLC and Celeste have been great, including special trips by the house when we've worked late or gone to dinner with friends, weekend trips/stayovers, you name it. In the end, a great decision that we're still happy with to this day.
