I went in today, 4/2/26. I told Kim my color the last time was great but the cut didn't lay well. When I left, my hair was a color it's never been in my life. It was brown. And that is after I said it looked too dark. Kim used a completely different method for the color and the result was a completely different hair color than I have ever had before. My hair is brown.
