Kim is a delightful person. She does know how to do hair. But for whatever reason, she can't do my hair the same way twice. The first time I went in there were too many yellow highlights. I went back and Kim fixed them. Very good. The next time I went in, the color was great. It wasn't too yellow or too dark. I wasn't happy with the cut because my hair wouldn't lay right. I went in today, 4/2/26. I told Kim my color the last time was great but the cut didn't lay well. When I left, my hair was a color it's never been in my life. It was brown. And that is after I said it looked too dark. Kim used a completely different method for the color and the result was a completely different hair color than I have ever had before. My hair is brown. It's a nice shade of brown but it's not at all what I asked for. I look like death with dark hair. That's why I come in to get my roots done..I'm staggered now. I could go back and ask Kim to fix it. But I'm afraid of what will happen next. read more

I went to this salon for a hair cut. The young woman hair dresser asked what length... I said shoulder length. She cut my hair, washed it and said there you go. Hair dripping everywhere due to no towel!! I asked her for a towel and she got some of the water to stop dripping. My hair looks like I'm wearing a helmet. I may have to buy a wig. read more

It's been relatively easy for me to get an appointment and they have done a good job on my color and cut. My color is just covering greys so nothing fancy and my cut is long layers. I was on yelp searching for a salon where I could run in and get a trim because my normal stylist's salon is over an hour away and I didn't feel like driving that far for a trim.When I got there I was greeted quickly by a lady (I believe her name was Maria). I told her I just wanted a small trim like half an inch. After taking that amount off she showed me the back of my hair and said it was still round in the back from the layers I had already. Kindly she asked if I wanted a straight cut or keep it round. We decided to go with a blunt cut taking off an inch more and it came out great! She was very patient and took her time to make sure I achieved the look I desired. I made an appointment two weeks ago and was told that I would be assisted at 4:45. I arrived at the salon and let one of the women I believe her name was Maria know that I had an appointment to which she just replied to sit down. They then proceeded to assist a walk in . After that another woman walked in with her daughter and proceeded to make conversation with both hairdressers and one named Kim even asked her what her daughter was getting . The woman let the hairdresser know. I was completely ignored and left at 5pm as it seemed I was nowhere near getting assisted or even acknowledged by both of these women other than the (SIT DOWN). Will never go back to this place and you shouldn't either . They don't honor existing reservations . read more

I went in today after work as a walk in and didn't even have to wait! Yay! Le took care of me and she was very sweet! I just wanted a trim to get rid of my dead, REALLY DEAD, ends. She sprayed my hair with water and some conditioner which I'm fine with because I asked for a trim. If you want your hair washed and all in the sink, then you should probably let them know beforehand and I'm sure it's extra. It was only $17 for a trim and I'm really happy with the trim. I was tired of paying $50+ anytime I wanted a simple haircut. So I yelped places and found this one near where my in-laws live. If you want a simple haircut, I highly recommend this place. I paid $17 for a woman's haircut! That's unheard of! Just a heads up, my stylist didn't wash my hair before cutting it. She sprayed it with water and a conditioner to dampen it and then cut it. If you want other things done, like dying your hair, I'd recommend going elsewhere. FYI, they don't take appointments. When you arrive, you write your name down and they will see clients in the order that they arrive. read more

I had been in need of a trim for about a month. The place I usually go to was going to close soon so I found this place through yelp. I came in and was sat down immediately. I didn't get my stylist's name but she was very sweet. I showed her a picture of what I somewhat wanted and then explained how I wanted the front to look like. I was greeted by an Asian lady as soon as I walked in and was asked to sign in. I didn't catch her name but she seemed nice. She charged me $17 for a simple trim. Don't come here if youre expecting to be pampered or served champagne/wine. The only negative that I want to note is that they don't really blow dry/style your hair for $17. Still love this place (: Never thought I'd find such a consistent place so nearby home. I feel so lucky LOL. My hair was pretty much straight this time when I came in an hour after waking up from bed. Co Kim started to inspect my hair a bit, asked what I wanted and proceeded to cut my hair dry. (Usually I get my hair washed first then cut so this was new but it was nothing that I minded. I was going to go home to shower anyway for work.) After my speedy haircut she showed me the back of it, I oked it, and she asked if I wanted my hair washed. I was going to decline her the trouble but she insisted so I was like OKAY! :) After, she blowdried my hair and she used some leave in conditioner in my hair that smelled so good I had to ask her where she got it from. I walked in today and decided I needed a change for my hair. I signed in and waited about 10 minutes. I decided to get bangs and a trim. I showed a picture of the particular kind of bangs I wanted. It was risky but the lady that did my hair was so kind and kept making sure I was comfortable if she kept cutting. I unfortunately didn't get her name but she was short and hispanic, super nice. My total was $17 for my bangs and hair trim. Bangs are something that can either go really well or not. I'm glad they were able to satisfy my needs. I originally found this place and Yelp and I was scrolling through the reviews and saw that everyone was raving about Kim, so I went one day on my day off to give it a try and I was more than satisfied! Not only does Kim do an amazing job but she is super sweet and listens to exactly what you want. She is excellent at what she does and more importantly she loves her job. Today I got my hair cut short and she added some texture at the bottom to make it look thick and she did an awesome job! I also got my ends lighter and I was nervous because the previous places I had went to did not tailor to what I wanted whatsoever. When Kim finished I was more than pleased! I stopped by here to get a quick trim since I hadn't had a haircut in a while and it was a big mistake. I have short shoulder length hair and just wanted a slightly graduated cut. I got a terribly uneven haircut. She literally just cut the back of my hair to make a " graduated " look and didn't even touch the front part of my hair towards my face. And that wasn't even the worst part. She left a huge grand of hair (very hard to miss ) that was way longer than the rest of my hair. I tried to tell her to cut the front of my hair but she told me that she couldn't or else it wouldn't look graduated. I just told her to leave it afraid she would make it worse.
