Jason, who has over 20 years of experience, took care of me and he was incredibly kind, patient, and detailed throughout the entire process. We ended up bleaching my hair four times based on his professional advice, and I did not leave until around 5 PM. Even though it was a long appointment, it never felt stressful because Jason explained everything clearly and checked in with me often. I was honestly pretty skeptical at first since I had never dyed my hair before, but the results blew me away. From just one reference photo, he matched the silver color perfectly. The bleach only ever got like a 1/10 itchiness on my sideburns since the hair was much shorter there. Their pricing was very fair for my hair length.
