The leg compressions, they bring you to a nice relaxing room and offer you some water and some blankets and warm neck wrap to help you relax. The space boots you put on go up to a certain level (7, i think?) and you can tone up and down the level of compression yourself as you sit there during your session. My legs felt fantastic the next few days after this. For the cryo, I think I may need some more sessions there to see the real effects. I was in the cryo tube for about 3 minutes and yes it was freezing cold but not sure it had any major benefit for me. However, the man there was able to explain the actual benefits to me upon request. This place is great. It has friendly staff and a wide variety of treatment and recoveries. They also offer a number of plans and pre-paid treatments at very reasonable prices! I say go give it a shot if you've ever thought of trying!

The current employees working there are friendly and pleasant to interact with. I've had a few different therapists throughout the year or so that I have been a member but that's how it goes with spa chains. One of my favorite therapists left a few months ago but I was able to get paired up with someone new that I like. For an ultra-relaxing experience, upgrade to a hot stone or salt stone massage. It really takes the massage experience to a whole new level. The facial services are great also. I always leave here feeling less stressed and well-pampered. Getting regular massages and facials are a big part of my self-care regimen. Great for mind, body and soul!

This happened to be a vendor that I have been getting my skin care products from for years. She didn't smile much and didn't seem to want to know me or like me! I decided that would be my one and only visit there for sure. Again, after a short time my skin felt dry once again and lost all hydration but the products I purchased relieved the dryness as I applied them thru out the day and I do like this line of skin care, but honestly, I think my skin looked better before the facial especially as the day went on. At the end she briefly used some hand scrub and spray. After I left and went home my daughter asked me what that fragrance was and it was the spray for hands which had a lovely scent. My daughter who is getting married thought it would be a nice gift for her bridesmaids and we also were going to get them all gift certificates for facials from her directly and of course they are younger all w/good skin and live local so we thought they would enjoy this and have a better experience than I... just don't know why she has this nasty attitude towards me...I never have had an experience like this w/any "Professional". I tried contacting Jane about this product to purchase w/no response until suddenly she replied and accused me of trying to pick her brain and taking away business from her and others in the same industry!!! Her suite is cozy and her massage chair was incredibly comfortable. I visited her when I was pregnant, and she was very conscientious about what products she was using, their safety, and my comfort while lying down.
