As I did not live with them then and because they are both in their 90's we were unsure who originally installed the gas fireplace. We began having issues with it last night so I was calling around to try to schedule someone to come out and have a look at it. I decided just to go down the list and started with Ferguson's. I was greeted by the most unbelievably rude person I have ever had the displeasure of "doing business" with. When I informed this "gentleman" of the issues we were having and that I was unsure who installed it he replied with, "What kind of car do you drive?!?!" Dumbfounded by the question I hesitantly answered, "Umm...a Subaru?" He then curtly responded with, "WELL WOULD YOU TAKE YOUR CAR TO A CHEVY DEALER?!?!" Stunned I said, "Well no..." AFTER biting my head off he THEN decided to ask for the name and checked the records to see if they were the ones that did the instillation. They were not and I must say, I am thanking my lucky stars for that! I have worked in the service industry for 15 years and if I EVER treated a patron that way I would have lost my job instantly. Buyers beware, these guys are the worst. With "customer service" like that I can't believe they are even still in business. If I could give a rating worse than 1 star, I would.

I purchased a brand new snow blower from them and it has been a complete nightmare! The blower was never properly prepped before they sent it home with me so we had to return it and they tried again. We picked it up a second time and it still has never worked properly. They have no interest in making things right and a complete disregard for your time or satisfaction. We bought an $1,800.00 snow blower from them and had to borrow one from someone else because they don't have the time to fix it. We tried to support a local store that sells "quality " products , save yourself some money and just use the big box store.

They are worse than used car salesmen. I wanted to buy from a local business instead of a "Big Box' so I ignored all the warning signs, what a mistake! I was rewarded for this by being exorbitantly over charged, sold products that made the store money instead of what was best for me and had to deal with inept technicians. They have no concern or care for their clients, only squeezing every dollar out of you. I am so disappointed with this store and the equipment and service they sold me.
