He treated us as if we were his most important client and really listened to our needs. He gave us a written proposal within 3 days and the work started soon after. We had a new build in TC with a challenging lot with about 18,000 sq ft of dirt and sand. TOMS…read moreshowed up gave us a fair quote at a very reasonable price, and we scheduled a date. They showed up on time, very friendly, and got the job done pretty quick. I have steep hills that required hay mat to be applied that I bought. Once the rear and hills were sprayed, they stopped mid job and helped me roll out and staple them to the hill. Once the hay was down they sprayed extra to help it hold down. They did a great job on the lawn, was available anytime I had water or fertilizer questions, and 5 weeks later we had grass. I just reached out to TOMS last week as we had some spots that struggled to grow and they came back out for a free touch up to "make it right, and ensure I was 100% happy". I recommend them to my new neighbors who are building.
