I hadn't been in my unattached studio in months due to snow piled up in front over the winter…read more Imagine my horror to find dark mold at the top of one wall where it met the ceiling! Called many mold mitigation companies, but only one responded. Thankfully it was the right company. Sean sent his mold inspector Jacob out to assess, who discovered a few holes in the roof where it met that wall. He found water behind the drywall. Turned out that the entire wall and part of the roof needed to be replaced. That team worked quickly and efficiently. Another team came out and replaced the drywall. Wow! Finally, another team removed all of my many frames, canvases, paints, easels, old paintings, etc. to a storage trailer, painted the entire studio, and when dry, carefully returned all of the stuff and took with them the plastic covers and debris. I am truly grateful to have had this company come when others wouldn't, and then to have them do such a spectacular job. Amazing! Would highly recommend Service Master by Fuson to anyone and everyone. Like Share

Months later we purchased more flooring to be installed a couple weeks later due to continuing other remodeling. . The salesman was miffed that we insisted on paying for the install later. We disputed their measurements for removal, install and material. They insisted that their "professional measurements" were correct - ours were not. We noted that a competitor's measurements coincided with ours - an architect and contractor. We were rightfully insulted by their rude comments. They were unaware that we were not paying for this work. The tenant was going to pay so accuracy was important to protect the tenant's limited resources. With reservations, and with assurance that the previous installers would do this install we proceeded. They sent the B team which were NOT the A team. As we anticipated there was extra flooring that was not required. As it was paid for, we took it since it had not been brought into the work space. They were very upset. We had inventoried the flooring delivered , did the math, to be sure it had been paid for. The owner Ron, sent a very rude letter REFUSING TO FINISH the work. The transitions sent but not installed were incorrect. They failed to clean up. Generally, they were UNETHICAL, RUDE, AND FAILED TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY. Poorly managed - don't take a chance.

I used this company to install a Receiver and 2 transmitter remotes for the Liftmaster garage door…read moreopener in my pole barn. I also requested installation of an external keypad for open/close of the door from outside. Following the initial phone exchange and my follow-up to provide the serial number of my Liftmaster unit, the first visit to make the installation was several weeks later. They had to wait for response from Liftmaster regarding the correct parts, order the parts, and wait for receipt of the parts before they would schedule the installation. During the first visit for installation, they learned they did not have the correct parts to perform the work. They left without comment or explanation. I waited a week before finally calling them to ask what the plan was for completing the work. Following the same process as described for scheduling the first visit, several weeks later they returned to perform the installation. The first tech that showed to make the install couldn't figure out how to do it, so the "boss" was contacted and ended up visiting the site to do the work. The receiver/remotes worked fine after this second visit. However, no external keypad for operating the door from outside the building was installed. I wasn't home during the second visit, so I waited for a phone call to explain why the external keypad wasn't installed and what the plan was for completing the work. There was no phone call, but I received a bill for the work about two weeks later. The keypad was not included, so I called to inquire. The keypad was on the work order but had been overlooked/forgotten. About a week later they returned to install the keypad. They charged parts only for the keypad, but not for labor. The saga spanned ~10 weeks, the customer service/communication was poor, and for an $80 per hour labor rate...I wouldn't recommend their services.
