Traverse City, MI 49686 ORIGINAL CONTRACT DATE: January 28, 2026 INITIAL INSTALLATION DATE: March 26,2026 Dear Mr. Collins, This letter serves as formal written notice under Michigan construction standards that Rainbow Seamless is currently in material breach of its contract obligations regarding the shower installation project for Ron and Elizabeth Wilson at the address listed above. THE PROBLEM & ATTEMPT HISTORY: Following the initial installation of the shower unit in March 2026, the shower pan has remained unsafely defective. Over the past four (4) months, your company and your designated installers have been given ample opportunity to remedy this issue, resulting in three (3) distinct, failed installation attempts.
