Cabinet parts came in . No boxes??? Cancelled the order for the cabinet boxes at that store . Made another order at the next closest store. Have to drive 60 miles North of me as they have them in stock .I buy alot of stuff from our local store ,as its conveniently located on my way in . But they really need to be better on there ordering system .

They solved a problem I didn't expect to be solved: some rooms already had floor strips; I didn't think it and the new strips in the remaining rooms could be made to line up. Luke and Paul lined up the flooring to make it look like it had all been laid down in the same job. Beyond that, they work smoothly and efficiently. They don't look rushed, yet they don't waste time. I imagine Bay View's other crews are just as professional. But next time I call Bay View, I'll ask for Paul and Luke.

They really take their time to make sure all of the details are done right. Thoroughly impressed with this place from start to finish. We have a number of pets and please make sure you thoroughly read the warranties around pets - there are a few carpet brands that cover ANY stains, but when you read the fine print most of them start pro-rating the coverage VERY quickly (as in 4 or 5 years after install). We found that Karastan really had the best warranty for what we will likely need.
