He texted Saturday morning to state they wouldn't be able to make it that day and he would be back in touch to reschedule. Never heard back from him. Texted multiple times, called and left a message and emailed ... all with no response for the next 2 weeks. So I canceled the co tract and went with another company. I don't know how companies who do this stay in business.
