After doing a little research I came across the M&M Garage Door website. I wasn't certain if it was legitimate because it almost looked to good to be true. I sat there and read one five star review after another and another. I was contacted by a gentleman named Matt who really listened and assured me that he would help me get that garage door safe and functional. After our conversation I knew I was in good hands. I was so excited that I really spent some time looking at their website and all the images. Absolutely Beautiful !!! My favorite picture is the one with all of the employee's standing together in front of the vehicles with the little dog. You can clearly see in the eyes of every individual that these are really some first class quality people that take a lot of Pride and Joy in the work that they do ! M&M had technicians on the scene Pronto and they went through every inch of that door with a Free Inspection. They really took their time and explained my options and found a perfect solution that worked for me. They said they could have a technician come over in a day or two and I was amazed by their quick response time. A couple hours later there's a knock at my door and a gentleman named Alex Wonders from M&M said he had another appointment in an hour or so and if I wanted he could take care of the garage door today. I really was kind of speechless, I've never had better or more prompt service in my entire life. Not only was Alex one of the nicest and most genuine people I've ever met, he went through every inch of that Garage Door and I guarantee Alex fixed that door exactly the same way that he would have fixed his own. That's all you can ever ask for or hope for. I've never been treated better by Anyone in my entire life than I have by Alex and the entire staff at M&M Garage Door. If you need a Free Inspection of your current door or if you are ready to buy that new Garage Door you've been dreaming of , do yourself a favor and call M&M Garage Door. You'll be happy you did Update : March 4, 2025 I recently had " M&M Garage Door " rebuild my old garage door and make it function like new. I could not be happier. I happened to notice that one of the cables needed a minor adjust. The cable was slightly rubbing against the door and it probably would have been fine but I decided to text Matt and let him know my concern. Within 5 minutes of texting Matt I received a call from M&M . They said they could have a technician over here first thing in the morning. A very nice gentleman named Mitchell came over and I shared my concern with him. Mitchell went above and beyond the call of duty and he didn't just do a quick fix. He really took his time and went through and adjusted everything. He would not leave until that door was Absolutely Perfect !! When you hire a company to work on your home, they all tell you how they stand behind their work and their work is completely guaranteed and if there's any problem they'll take care of it but very few ever come close to the promises that they make. Most times it's like pulling teeth to try to get them to come back and correct an issue especially after they've already been paid and have moved on to the next customer. I couldn't have been happier with the way that M&M Garage Door and all of their Wonderful Employees took such good care of me and I couldn't be more Thankful for the way they came back out here immediately and went above and beyond just to make sure that I was Completely Satisfied !!

I used this company to install a Receiver and 2 transmitter remotes for the Liftmaster garage door…read moreopener in my pole barn. I also requested installation of an external keypad for open/close of the door from outside. Following the initial phone exchange and my follow-up to provide the serial number of my Liftmaster unit, the first visit to make the installation was several weeks later. They had to wait for response from Liftmaster regarding the correct parts, order the parts, and wait for receipt of the parts before they would schedule the installation. During the first visit for installation, they learned they did not have the correct parts to perform the work. They left without comment or explanation. I waited a week before finally calling them to ask what the plan was for completing the work. Following the same process as described for scheduling the first visit, several weeks later they returned to perform the installation. The first tech that showed to make the install couldn't figure out how to do it, so the "boss" was contacted and ended up visiting the site to do the work. The receiver/remotes worked fine after this second visit. However, no external keypad for operating the door from outside the building was installed. I wasn't home during the second visit, so I waited for a phone call to explain why the external keypad wasn't installed and what the plan was for completing the work. There was no phone call, but I received a bill for the work about two weeks later. The keypad was not included, so I called to inquire. The keypad was on the work order but had been overlooked/forgotten. About a week later they returned to install the keypad. They charged parts only for the keypad, but not for labor. The saga spanned ~10 weeks, the customer service/communication was poor, and for an $80 per hour labor rate...I wouldn't recommend their services.
