Tammy was very diligent in getting back out with the springs that I needed. Yesterday Don came out with the appropriate springs and made the repairs and the adjustment needed to make the door work again. i've decided To give Don a new name. He not only answered all my questions in a way that I understood, he also put a new rubber across the bottom of the garage door that was not on his work order. His patience, care and willingness to answer any question makes him "Fabulous Don" In my book. i'm a former HR manager of a local home improvement company and I know good customer service and workmanship when I see it. Thank you Fabulous Don and Tammy!

I also requested installation of an external keypad for open/close of the door from outside. Following the initial phone exchange and my follow-up to provide the serial number of my Liftmaster unit, the first visit to make the installation was several weeks later. They had to wait for response from Liftmaster regarding the correct parts, order the parts, and wait for receipt of the parts before they would schedule the installation. During the first visit for installation, they learned they did not have the correct parts to perform the work. They left without comment or explanation. I waited a week before finally calling them to ask what the plan was for completing the work. Following the same process as described for scheduling the first visit, several weeks later they returned to perform the installation. The first tech that showed to make the install couldn't figure out how to do it, so the "boss" was contacted and ended up visiting the site to do the work. The receiver/remotes worked fine after this second visit. However, no external keypad for operating the door from outside the building was installed. I wasn't home during the second visit, so I waited for a phone call to explain why the external keypad wasn't installed and what the plan was for completing the work. There was no phone call, but I received a bill for the work about two weeks later. The keypad was not included, so I called to inquire. The keypad was on the work order but had been overlooked/forgotten. About a week later they returned to install the keypad. They charged parts only for the keypad, but not for labor. The saga spanned ~10 weeks, the customer service/communication was poor, and for an $80 per hour labor rate...I wouldn't recommend their services.

Out the gate, Bill comes off very condescending to women and would only send written communication to my husband despite myself being the purchaser. That said, he downplayed a massive issue in our basement stating on the phone and in his report a "small amount" of mildew found around outlets in an unfinished basement. It was the entire floor to ceiling on multiple walls. Nothing mentioned in the report about sagging trim work in the garage, rotted beams, rusted through garage door track and mildew on garage walls. When we discussed this will Bill after we occupied the home, Bill downplayed the cost to repair this and claimed to not have noticed the nauseating stench in the garage. We had to replace the entire garage door, the tracks, rip out drywall, remove siding, repair flashing, and replace a wooden beam as it was full of mold and permeating the entire garage and home with a smell so strong you could smell it through the walls and into the home. Bill said he would come out and meet with my husband and I to review this concern but never responded with a day or time he could make himself available. Shortly after occupancy, we turn on our yard irrigation system only to find Bills crew had punctured a hole in one of the irrigation lines while using a septic probe to find the septic tank. We messaged Bill yet again asking him to send someone to fix it. Complete silence from Bill. We eventually had to pay a company to come repair the issue costing us more money. Bill's septic report recommended we pump the septic one year from occupancy. We didn't make it 2 months and septic started to back up. The company that pumped the septic stated it was "severely overdue" to be pumped and we were lucky we didn't have more severe issues. I could go on and on. For spending as much as we did on our home, we certainly were not prepared to drop over $6000 on issues missed or downplayed by this company. As purchasers from hours away, we relied on this inspection to make decisions on purchase price and negotiate repairs. Bills inspection is easily double the cost of other inspectors I've used, has poor response and will talk down to you. Avoid at all costs

I am very impressed and would go to no one else for my next house.

They will deliver your order and carry it to the first dry area. This area could be an overhang on a deck, a carport, or a garage. If none of those are available, then the driver will take it through the first door of the house." Customer service "forgot" to notify me when the dresser was to be picked up by the shipper, then informed me there would be a further delay because they're now using a different freight company, JB Hunt. Several days later they informed me that JB Hunt can't deliver closer than 300 miles from my address, so they were going back to FedEx freight for my shipment. I then asked them to confirm the closest door threshold delivery. Here is their reply "Your order has been shipped via common carrier as specified on your purchase agreement. This is a standard, curb-side delivery with a liftgate. The disposal of the wooden crate is the customer's responsibility. Please take the time to thoroughly inspect your item for damage before disposing of the crate as it would have to be shipped back in the same crate." I'm 68 years old and live alone. In no way would I have ordered this dresser if I had known I would have to uncrate it, then transport thirty yards to my front door. Further, changing a blanket wrapped threshold delivery to dropping a crate off at the curb is a huge violation of our written contract. When I objected, they refused to either hire a company to fulfill our contract by uncrating and transporting the dresser to my front door, nor compensate me for the movers I would need to hire to accomplish this. Their final action, without apology or explanation was to cancel the order. DO NOT do business with these people. As I have proven, they're liars, have no clue about customer service and are most certainly not to be trusted.
