Never returned multiple calls so contacted the main franchise page on FB and finally got the manager out here, but they took ZERO responsibility for the damage they created. Run away from them - total crap!! Interesting response, but not totally factual. Bree and the Operations Manager (don't recall his name) did come out and look at the damage and the Ops Manager recalled cleaning the windows in 2012 and told us that he had pointed out damage on 2 windows in the front of the house that had scratched before he started - just 2. Now we have multiple windows on the back of the house that are scratched that we noticed right after FISH cleaned them - no one from FISH ever pointed any of that damage out to us before or after cleaning any other time. Also - I definitely recall one of the guys using a scraper on the windows, but presumed he knew what he was doing. What I have learned since then from a knowledgeable window cleaner (who pointed out ALL of the scrapes on the windows prior to cleaning our windows this spring) is that you can't use a scraper on tempered glass or you will damage it. Sorry - your story just doesn't add up.
