Jason, the new owner of Walters and Hemming, came out to give us a quote on a new furnace. He was informative, personable and he was by far the least expensive of the three companies we asked to come out and give us an estimate. Walters and Hemming crew, Ben and Andy, put the furnace in, as well as removed the old furnace. Andy patiently helped us log into the programmable thermostat from my iPhone. I have nothing but praise for how they did the job. They were on time, efficient, professional and personable. Good luck to this new owner of a well-known company. read more

These folks are the best! Great customer service from the first call. Quick response, great communication right to the time the plumber, Tyler, got to the house. He quickly diagnosed and fixed our plumbing issue, then fixed another plumbing issue that hadn't even been on his service request - all within the hour for which we were billed. He was courteous, professional, friendly, and - most importantly - very competent. Cleaned up after his work, too. I would recommend Walters & Hemming to anybody. read more

All of my experiences with staff and service people have been very good. The service people are very friendly, answer questions and give good advice about keeping my heating and cooling system running well. They were quick to respond when I had a "no heat" call in the winter and the furnace and air conditioner I bought from them had a better warranty than anyone else. It's a long time local company and there is a reason they have been in business for so long. read more
