Very nice guy, does what he says, got us a quote fast. We worked with him on a gas stove we recently purchased. He put together a material list based on what we assumed we needed for the installation. As often happens, there were two pieces that were not needed for the install. They add up to about $200. We ASSUMED that since they are brand new parts, untouched, not installed then removed - they are not used at all, we could just simply return them. However, neither the OWNER or the MANAGER will accept them for return. There is nothing on the paperwork that states no returns, final sale, etc. They cannot even be bothered to return a call to have a discussion or explain whatever reasoning they have for this. Again - this is NOT a reflection on Tyler, our salesperson - or a reflection on the product. We are happy with both. But we are less than impressed with how this business owner chooses to treat the customers that keep his business going. We didn't feel it would be fair to the honest, hardworking people who work there to say we don't recommend them - that is only reason for a positive review here. Had someone called us back to discuss this and come to some kind of resolution, we would not have even put any of this out there, other than being happy.
