While waiting for the Highway Patrol, I called the closest auto shop- Affinity Auto- to see if they could be sure my car would be able to drive back to St. Augustine that night. The entire staff was SO kind and considerate. They made sure the car was safe and only charged me the minimum charge to secure the bumper. The mechanic also noticed the tires were all a little low on air, so filled those for me, too. So nice ! THEN comes the amazing part. I drove about 10 minutes away and locked my freaking keys in the car. It was 5:05pm on Friday evening and they drove to my location and unlocked the car for me! Above and beyond! After scheduling an independent prepurchase inspection received the dealership's initial with an additional "Reconditioning" fee of $1987. When challenged, "the manager approved" a reduction of $500 for this "standard" fee. I let the vehicle go. Salesperson continued to ping my email with pressure that another sale might be pending, so I rereviewed the website and noted that Orlando Preowned advertises in general an on the specific vehicle "Zero Junk Fees & Zero Dealer Fees: The price you see is the price you get". While I'm no lawyer, this infers to me that the price on the vehicle landing page is the sale price I should expect. When confronted with this insight (with the GM copied), the salesperson dug their heels in again, reiterating this was a "standard" fee. The GMs response was to cut/paste the salespersons email as a reply without addition. Now I'm not a dumb consumer, and clearly certinly not as bright as the employees of this company, but " The price you see is the price you get" does mean something to the most of us, and I don't' think it aligns with Orlando Preowned's point of view. This was his first major purchase, and we were assured by the dealership that the truck was in mint condition, fully inspected, and had no issues. However, shortly after the purchase, the truck developed serious transmission problems. It ultimately required a full transmission replacement. Thankfully, we did purchase a warranty, but even that has turned into another issue. The warranty company is not covering the full cost, and the dealership has refused to step in and cover the remaining balance. Their reasoning was that the repair shop was charging too much--but that leaves us stuck paying for a major repair on a vehicle that should not have had these issues in the first place. To make matters worse, even some of the dealership employees have told us that this situation isn't right and that the cost should have been covered. However, the owner has refused to take responsibility or pay the remaining balance. The truck has now been sitting in the shop for over a month, completely undrivable. I do want to mention that Jay, our salesman, was great to work with. Unfortunately, beyond that, I cannot say anything positive about this dealership. We feel like we were sold a lemon, and the dealership is not standing behind the vehicle they sold us. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying from Orlando Preowned to think twice.

There is actually a full show room to pick up your new car from an inside location. Our first Tesla in Tampa was kind of parked where all the other cars are coming in for service in the outdoor lot. In the Florida sun it's helpful to have an inside pick up experience. We were asked several times if we were being helped or what they could do for us, and I noticed all of the staff were super conscious of people constantly coming in. This is a location for delivery as well as doing your demo drive. It's crazy that they had 4 cyber trucks. One is up front to see and 3 in the back. Another thing about this location is that a year ago we got a paper license plate from the Tampa location that lasted about 15 seconds on I 95 . Here we got an actual metal plate. We were told after 30 days we could apply for a vanity plate. We live in St Augustine but opted to come to Orlando because there is $1000 cheaper fleet price than in picking up in Jacksonville. We were told each store has their own pricing. This must be brand new because I'm adding this business for the first time but has plenty of reviews on Google. He never mentioned if I could do financing or if it was cash only no trades - I was rushed off the first time ever phone call with the fact he would send me directions and I could use my phone to find it rather than responding to my question as to which side of road it was on Lee Road or Edgewater Drive in Orlando - no response just a text message with business name & address and his name. So i looked the dealership reviews up and found 5 out of 5 BAD REVIEWS on yelp and now he's got 6 out of 6 as of today's date because I think if he had anything to say to be objective he brings up ANOTHER person's story that is not listed here with information about a drivers license and keeping the deposit - obviously I told him he should check out his reviews that are public prior to giving me a rebuttal to a story I didn't know about. So that person should have immediately done a review and prevented the heartache for future customers. I called back and asked if this was the SAME person from the reviews I had read and he did rudely tell me he has been in business for 10 years and I shouldn't tell him how to run his business. Well offering advice never told anyone how to be a nice person and learn better customer service skills would be the BEST advice I could give.
