If you need to get your car repaired or repainted, DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE EXCEPT B&W AUTO BODY!!!!…read more Charlie, the business owner, has been fixing cars for 35 years and he knows his stuff inside and out. He was trustworthy and also just a delightful person to chat with. His team repainted the bumper and the hatchback of my 2013 Toyota Prius along with a buff, wax, and touch up on the door. My car, which looked pretty sad going in, is SEAMLESS. I feel like I have a new car. His pricing was super, DUPER fair for the work they did, which includes a loaner car. I really can't recommend B&W auto body enough. It feels funny to say that getting my car fixed was a lovely experience, but it truly was.

From start to finish we really appreciated having chosen C'Ville Auto Body for repairs to our car…read more Having just experienced a terrible deer on car crime, we knew we'd need some extensive work and we were very concerned about the cost. Thankfully, our insurance covered the majority of it and thus it made working with C'Ville Auto Body very easy. The customer service via Bobby (the shop manager?) was stellar when we came in. He was friendly and able to provide us an immediate estimate on the vehicle upon walk-in which was extremely convenient. Of course the estimate was high, but with the help of insurance it was much more manageable of a cost. (That being said, I can't speak to what the costs may be like for those paying out of pocket, but I can say that insurance was a life saver here.) Bobby was also was patient with us as we asked questions and did not apply any pressure as we considered our options. When we did return to have the work completed, he immediately remembered us, and even recalled specific details about what we had last talked about. This in itself, demonstrated that he was truly paying attention to his customers. The work on the car was good and the paint job and removal of dents made the car look practically new. We were very happy with the result. The only small hiccup was we realized the wiring on one of our headlights may have been loosened during the fix, and when we let Bobby know, he called us back immediately. I was able to take the car in the same day, and have the wires fixed at no extra charge within a few minutes. I was impressed with the great customer service, the timely nature of their shop, and the results on our car!

Patterson's personnel , particularly a woman named Amy, cleaned up the area and gathered my personal belongings. Even though they were not in my insurance company's network, and my car would be leaving their possession soon, Amy was extremely kind and helpful. I was still somewhat traumatized by the accident, and she walked me through the process, looked for my missing eyeglasses, and helped me stay calm and do what needed to be done. Thank you Amy and Patterson's for making this process go smoothly. I would definitely recommend them.

I too was less than happy to learn that I had to wait 2 days for an estimate and sorrier still when I found out the actual repair wouldn't be for 6 weeks! But... here's the thing. They are busy. Why? Because they are AWESOME at what they do. I'm glad I had the patience to wait. My estimate appointment took 10 minutes and everything went smoothly. The repair? 2 days. I was shocked when they called to say it was ready. And the result? Phenomenal! I'm no expert in auto body repair but I can't tell my car was ever rear ended AND my paint must not have been easy to match - the car is five years old and the paint has heavy metal flake. Outstanding work. Worth the wait.
