I foolishly ordered a jacket from this company that was advertised to be in Georgia. They may have a business office in Georgia, but the (cheaply made) items are coming from CHINA and take WEEKS to arrive. 19 days after ordering my item it arrived and it's going straight back! Poor quality and horrible customer service. I realize I am not dealing with Amazon and understand it is a small boutique which when my daughter sent her wish list for Christmas to me, I was happy to support. The sweat set that we purchased does not resemble what we got. The size was so awkward and my daughter is a medium and it just did not coincide with what we got. I requested for a return on the day after Christmas in which my items were not worn nor out of there original packaging. I requested a refund. I had to pay for shipping to return, which was $25 because they were bulky items and I even have an account with the post office which reflected a discount. Then all they gave me was a gift card. Even though it stated in their return policy that holiday orders were returnable. Doesn't say only for credit. I tried to email them and the email has little to no contact information and signed ' Hazel'. I cannot recommend this boutique to anyone. I feel as if all the good reviews come from their employees and influencers because their merchandise is SO overpriced and absolute garbage. SHEIN has better quality and that is not saying much and I would never endorse them as this is the only comparison I can relate the quality too. There is a reason why these reviews are 5 stars (influencers, employees and friends) and why there are so many 1 stars (actual customers who are hating their decision to shop small). First, ridiculously overpriced. Some of the sweatshirts are even printed on cheap Gilden sweatshirts which makes it even more ridiculous. If the quality was good I wouldn't mind paying the higher price. The store manager was extremely rude, young/inexperienced. No customer service skills what so ever. I hope the owner is aware of how she speaks and treats customers. This is who is representing and taking care of your customers... NOT a good choice at all. I will never go back to the Ramsey location again or buy from there again. And I will be sure to tell any mom of a teenage girl my experience with this store and the manager. Awful. read more

My sister and I had a horrible experience while shopping at this store today. We were buying sweatshirts and looking at multiple bracelets, as we were shopping a sales assistant asked to hold the 2 bracelets we had chosen and we continued looking around. When it came time to checkout we paid for the clothes and the two bracelets. As we were leaving the store we were approached by a sales assistant, who asked us to check our bags and accused us of having three bracelets when we payed for two. She had us show her our wrists and asked to check our bags. We have spent a lot of money at this store and we're treated unfairly. I thought they had really cute clothes/accessories and I was super excited when I heard that Hazel Boutique was in Ramsey. When I went into the store I felt super uncomfortable. The staff was very icy and aloof. I felt like I was back at High School with the dirty looks, employees gossiping, drinking their Starbucks, and ignoring their customers. I wasn't greeted at the door, asked if I needed help, or if I needed help in my fitting room. The staff felt very cliquey and customers can sense that when they walk into an establishment. My FIRST and LAST time ordering anything from this place. I ordered online and have always been wanting to order something because of their cute selection of clothes. As more of a thicker girl, I typically order a size medium or even a small top at ANY other store. In this particular situation, I ordered a medium for everything. Half of the clothes did not fit. They looked completely different on me vs. online. The pictures they take are extremely deceiving. There models are not diverse AT ALL. They seem to all wear size 2. While me being a size 9 in jeans, barely anything looks how I thought it would. I spent a good amount of money on here and won't be able to return it because of the TERRIBLE return policy and I didn't know just because it was on sale, it was a final sale. I will NEVER allow myself ever again to give money towards a company that does not have proper sizing of ALL girls, not just girls under size 3. I am extremely disappointed and will NEVER buy anything from here again. read more

I went into this store today to support a local business with the aftermath of Covid. I bought a gift for my daughter and was given only a gift receipt. My daughter did not want the gift. Within the hour I tried to return the item and was told I would receive only store credit. I was told this was their policy, however there were no signs supporting this nor could I see this on the receipt as it was only a gift receipt. I have lived in the area for over 25 years and was shocked. The store had so many kids inside hanging out that you could barely shop and social distancing was obviously not happening. I was also informed that since this store was a specialty boutique, no returns were allowed. Needless to say, I will not be back, I will never recommend this business, and it will be back to online shopping where the return policy is clearly noted. A 1 hour time frame of returning an item without anything but a store credit will never go over with the general population. However, it might work for the 50 young girls who were all over such a small boutique. read more

review 10 hours agoNEW Shopped here the week of thanksgiving 2021. I purchased two Christmas gifts. I asked if they could gift wrap both. They said yes , knowing they were Christmas gifts. Let me not be certain they were very busy talking to a customer about their high school and everyone they knew in common. My need for customer service seemed to be an an annoyance. AnywAy, they wrApped my gifts in Pastel tissue paper and purple and Iridescent Bags - looking like Easter baskets rather than Christmas gifts. I asked if they had holiday bags and or tissue paper. The young sales girl responded by letting me know that they do not do holiday wrapping because they do not acknowledge one holiday over another in the store. Adding, there are too many. I get that to a degree but winter tissue paper in a neutral color bag would do the trick. What got me was the fact That such a statement was made and yet in the dead center of the store stood a Christmas TREE. A boutique of such nature should be capable and willing to gift wrap appropriately. I followed up going to a boutique two stores down. What a. I happen to be appalled with the staff at this store. The clothes are cute sometimes, but the workers makes you feel uncomfortable while shopping, and do not stop staring at you. They give you nasty looks while shopping, and make horrible assumptions in FRONT of you. You could also find the EXACT same clothes for way cheaper prices at different stores. read more

The clothes are cute and the manager is very sweet but the workers are terrible there they make you feel uncomfortable while shopping giving you dirty looks, not wanting to help, and talking bad about other costumers right in front of you. My wife tried to return a sweater and was told NO RETURNS allowed! Not even for store credit! Turns out the item could have been purchased at Free People for less and guess what Free People allows returns. I think Hazel has a cute selection of clothes, but the service is terrible there. I have been in twice, and both times, I was completely ignored by the people working there. They had no shortage of time to stand behind the counter and talk amongst themselves, however, helping the customers seemed to be too much of a burden. The first time I was there, I made the mistake of asking for a fitting room. There were none available, so one of the ladies took my things, hung them behind the counter, and suggested I look around more until another room was ready. After about 5 minutes, I noticed a fitting room had opened, so I went to collect my items- they were no longer there. One of the employees had mistakenly put everything that I had picked out back on the shelves. I understand that everyone makes mistakes and this was an accident based on miscommunication. What angered me, however, was that they made me feel bad for picking out so many items because that made it difficult for them to collect them all again- which they only agreed to do after I asked them to help me do so. They truly made me believe that it was a burden for them to fix the mistake they made. I did not have a pleasant experience and will not return. read more

This store is run extremely unprofessionally. Besides the fact you can find most of their overpriced clothing at other stores (i.e molly and zoey) for much less, they also have no idea how to run a business. I was placing an order for shorts and did not feel comfortable giving my CC info over Instagram (because that's how they run their business) and instead of giving me their phone number they told me they sold it to someone else in a matter of five minutes because they would give their information over Instagram.
