It dripped for over a month into the hardwood flooring and into my bathroom ceiling below. The secondary did not have the proper insurance to even be installing the dryer. Lowes blew me off and I could not actually get a response back. Once they did, they connected me with the wrong primary subcontractor. CRST, NOT Merck. Now CRST Liberty Mutual, their insurance wants to pay the least amount to fix all of the damage. This has been going on for almost a year. No one wants to take full accountability and fix the problem that was created by all of them! LOWES, CRST and Liberty Mutual. I want my home to be back as while before this mess started.
