They have this guy that works up front as has the worse customer service with his "Welcome to Hob Lob" greeting. The man was extremely rude to my mother on a few visits . Let's not go into working there Yikes!!(worked there for a week) Let's not listen to the crafting Karen's responses to my review from before, they make me laugh .

I was employed here for 2 weeks and it was the WORST retail place to work for. I have never felt…read moremore disrespected and more unwelcome in a work place. Most people here were super passive aggressive and on a power trip. I went in on my day off to purchase some things and the Art Manager, Phillip, was ringing me up. He seemed irritated that he had to help me in general. He was struggling trying to figure out which buttons to press so I was trying to guide him and when I mentioned that something was actually supposed to be 30% off, he leans over the counter close to my face and screams, (not yells, actually screams) "I'M NOT TRYING TO LISTEN TO YOU." HIS SPIT - landing on my cheek as he said it. In front of lines and lines of guests that are trying to have a pleasant experience. If I was a guest behind a worker and saw this interaction, (I was actually a customer at this time, dressed in regular clothes, so to any guests in the building, they would think he was screaming and getting in the face of a customer.) I would never return here. I had never been rude or disrespectful to any of my coworkers there so I still don't understand why there was so much hostility towards me. I have watched other co workers be mistreated and BULLIED. They refuse to give you your LEGAL 3rd 15 minute break. Even when it's in the HANDBOOK! And even if you're working a 10+ hour closing shift. The bathrooms are beyond disgusting no one cleans them. Pads sitting on top of the toilet paper dispenser, used toilet paper on the ground and it smells horrid at almost all times.

I had questions and was able to speak with Brian. He clarified some things regarding the generator and we also talked about "what ifs???" He was kind and patient and took his time with me. Five stars for just that. ***** I went with Blackhawk Electric & Generators because they helped me understand what I was purchasing and the service I will be provided. I went with a 18kw generator and they supplied the EMP shields that I additionally wanted installed. I didn't have any doubts that I made the right decision with product and company. Installation day was flawless. They arrived on time and went to work. These guys know what they are doing and know how to effectively communicate with each other and the homeowner. They are amazing and you will be a happy homeowner too.

I'm so fed up with Calla I refuse to even bring up this issue with them.

The quality of workmanship, the quality of the products he sells, and the customer service he provides are second to none. Today was just another example of why we continue to trust him with all of our pool and spa needs. I stopped in to ask about replacing seals for our pool light. Instead of just selling me something, Kerry was explaining what I could pick up at the hardware store to fix it myself. Then he disappeared into the back and came out with a brand new light and seals still in the original box from years ago -- and gave them to me. That kind of honesty, generosity, and customer care is rare these days. Kerry truly stands behind his customers and the company he built. If you want the best in the business, it's Gannon Pools and Spas.
