The craftsmanship on the log frames was outstanding, but the cushions needed some work. There was also an important screw in a crack in the log frame on both chairs that I feared would not hold. We complained a little and they immediately agreed to have new cushions fabricated and replaced them! They also agreed and took the chairs and fixed and adjusted them to our desire. We were delighted! But then my wife's back didn't do well with the log recliner, so she went back and asked if they would switch out the recliner for another chair! TimberCreek agreed to that also.
