The shirt I received is not a licensed shirt. The type face, which is part of the design is so off it's almost comical. I forgot how bad that this company was. I ordered from them about 7 or 8 years ago and had a problem with them then, selling worse than bootleg quality metal shirts. Now, I was perusing the site and found a band shirt I liked and also found it on eBay but even cheaper, however the logo looked twice the size on rockabilia, and I wanted the bigger logo. What do I get? A small logo, crap screen printing on a Gildan junk shirt. This shirt and shipping was 35 dollars, never again from these bums, save your money. These turds are selling bootleg junk at 10 % markup above concert venue merch prices. I'd hate to take it as a loss but I can't even feel confident in trying to return it, lest they attempt to hassle me about something else and not refund my money, and I'm without a shirt. It is sheister companies like this that give American companies a bad name, even down to the minuscule small t shirt shops where customer care should be paramount, you get douches like this who exploit the system. Buyer beware! They sell the same cheap foreign knockoffs that you can buy from Walmart or Target for less than half the price. I purchased a Red Hot Chili Peppers shirt from Kohls that completely twisted and the design on the shirt was well off to one side. I recently ordered a shirt and a hat from them and the shirt was thin but wearable as long as I don't wear it to much. The hat was almost twice the normal size for a hat, looks ridiculous. Told them about it and they said that I had to pay for shipping to mail it back to them. I had to tell them that it is not my policy to do that. We will NEVER buy from this company again. Our package, with over $100 worth in merchandise, was marked as delivered but we never got it. We talked to FedEx and in order for them to do anything they told us to ask Rockabilia to fill out a loss package claim form since all packages are insured. Well, Rockabilia flat out said no! They told us that since the package had been delivered it was out of their hands BUT that we were more than welcome to place another order at a discount plus shipping. WTF!! So, this company not only takes forever to ship but won't help their customers if there's an issue with the shipment. Received wrong size and hardly any solutions or compensation. Ordered a Misfits hoodie as a Christmas present for my boyfriend and received the wrong size. I'm pretty upset about it, but I just don't have the mental health or patience to wait for them to send me a prepaid parcel to send back the hoodie and wait another 2-3 weeks for the item to be re-printed and mailed. Speaking of which, I feel like the website is misleading because the front page says everything is officially licensed... yet, I was told by customer support that everything is custom printed. That doesn't exactly sound like officially licensed merchandise to me, especially not for a $60 hoodie. They didn't offer me any other form of compensation or solution for this mistake. I am very sorry I ordered through Rockabilia. Placed order for a gift for my husband on Dec 15th, the website stated 7-10 days for shipping, if the order is not on backorder. Guess what it was on backorder but as a customer you have no idea if you are ordering something that is on Backorder. It is now Feb 4th and my item is in Quebec ( I wonder if it's going to take a another week to move one province ). It somehow took over a week to get from New Jersey to Quebec. I ordered a t-shirt that was in stock. Over 3-Weeks later I finally received my order. I have no problem waiting. It said that it takes 12 days to ship, plus with the worlds the way it is, shit happens. The wait wasn't the issue. It was the QUALITY of the product. I have bought band shirts from a variety of stores and websites over the years with pretty good results. However, in this instance I paid $35 for a shirt I expected it to have the quality of a $35 shirt. This shirt was so poorly made it made my wife and I laugh. First off, I ordered a 2XL (because I am a man who at times eats his feelings. :) This shirt was a perfect fit for my 115lb 14-year old son. On me it was completely skin tight. The problem with it being skin tight (other then looking hilarious) was that the fabric was so thin and cheap that it was ALMOST see through. If it were to get wet it would not only be COMPLETLY see through it felt like it might actually dissolve in water. I emailed Rockabilia and they were nice enough to email me back and say I could return it as long as I had not wore it and the tags were still on it. I made the mistake of taking the tags off so I will be using my $35 Nirvana t-shirt as a cleaning rag until it no doubt dissolves after 3 uses. Our dog won't use it as a blanket because she thinks the quality isn't good enough. Don't buy your merch of Rockabilia. High prices for bad quality. From all the youtube ads for this company hyping themselves up i was intrigued and decided to check it out, ordered myself a knocked loose tee may 3rd of this year and since then have gotten no email updates saying that the merch had been sent out and had tried to follow up with customer service to no avail. I used to get t-shirts from this place all of the time! They had a great selection! The problem that I hit with them was that they were often out of stock on the the really cool t-shirts. The final straw was broken when I was waiting for an item to be restocked AFTER I paid for it and was told it would come and was never offered a substitute or a refund when the item never did get restocked. I persistently annoyed this company for some kind of resolution through various tools of communication but never got any satisfaction. I've ordered 3 things from rockabilia. In the past 2 years. The first order arrived on time and seemed to be decent quality. The second order arrived within about 2 months, which was no big deal comsidering it said 6 weeks online. As someone who orders things from china a lot, I'm used to the wait. Wasn't a big deal that it was 2 weeks late to me. However my last order I had placed December 29th 2017. It is now July 18th 2018. I still haven't recieved my shipment. I recieved 1 classic rock band shirt for a girl, a beyonce t-shirt, a random band ( only masculine shirt), and a rainbow colored tee. Non of them would be worn by a masculine man except the noname band. I called customer service and asked .to switch for mens and they said no sorry can't do anything for you. I ordered 2 shirts form rockascamu and 1 was 2 size shorter that what their sizing chart and every sizing chart I found online from the shirt manufacturer. So obviously these are counterfeit or used or washed. They refuse to pay for return shipping because they say the sizes are appropriate. They wouldn't tell me what the approximate cutoff for each size was. I then ask if the shirt is 12 inches shorter than their sizing chart, what then? They tell me "well that's approximately the right size". There are also a lot of fake reviews out there that are pretty easy to spot. read more

There was one item that was delayed but they told me it would be delayed before I even placed the order. This item was shipped 2 weeks later as they said it would and it is on it's way!!! 1/1/19 I made an order on Nov. 18 for Dec. 25 aka Christmas for a friend, just 1 shirt. By Dec. 30 I still haven't received it. When I requested a refund they sidestepped my request and refused to refund me until I received the package and sent it back to them at my expense plus a 10% restocking fee. WTH kind of business is that. I didn't want a refund or to rip off the company I just wanted a shirt for Christmas. They failed to deliver it a month later even though it ships from within the States and they are terribly fumbling their return policy and are trying to nickel and dime for an average quality shirt. I ordered two (2) t-shirts as a Christmas gift for my son. The logo on the t shirts was not completely adhered to the fabric (missing in some places), peeling and defective. I returned the t-shirts. Rockabilia return policy is to charge a $5. restocking fee per item. Why would a customer be expected to pay a restocking fee for items that are defective? Additionally, I purchased a $50. gift certificate so that my son could order additional merchandise on the Rockabilia website. Due to the poor quality of the above mentioned items I sent an email to sales@rockabilia.com requesting to cancel the gift certificate order and receive a refund. I was advised that they don't do refunds on gift certificates. Product quality and customer service are non existent. I give this business a '0' on a scale of 1-5. read more
