If I could give no stars I would. WORST customer service EVER. They are useless, rude and do not help. I ordered shirts during December 2016, never received them. I was told they were delivered to my mailbox, which they were not. I contacted customer service and was told they would re-ship for 1/2 off. I contacted via phone & email and both were rude and I was told they would never do business with me again due to complaining about not receiving my order. I ordered an adult size Medium tee but when it arrived it sure wasn't close to an Adult Medium. It was either a Junior Medium or an Adult Small to Extra Small. This was supposed to be a present for someone & he ended up getting half a present because this was too horrible to give him! And to return it & get a replacement I would have to pay to ship it & pay a restocking fee. I contacted the company & they only had excuses about how they get things from different suppliers & can't be held responsible & said they would waive the reship fee, but I would have to pay the restock fee. I bought a Mastodon T-shirt from this lousy company about a week ago. I paid $6 for shipping on my $22 shirt and it still took 6 days to get to my house. After receiving the item, I tried it on ( a slim fit Large) and it fit perfect, a tad on the loose side even, but I knew it would shrink a touch in the wash. When I took it from the dryer, on medium heat, I knew right away I had a problem. This shirt had shrunk from an adult large to what looks like a child medium. I put the shirt on, in hopes that my eyes were deceiving me. I look down and see my belly sticking out just below my navel! WHAT!? This is ridiculous! I think to myself. What a cheap junky t-shirt. I've gotten higher quality shirts for $10 in a back alley behind concert venues. So, I decide to call them and tell them of my situation. They told me they can't take back worn or washed items. I told them that I understand, but this is a case of a defective item in my opinion. All clothes shrink in the wash a bit, but this is absurd. I told the lady that I wanted to speak to a manager, to which she smuggly replied, "I am the manager". I reiterated my dissatisfaction to this woman, and told her that I believe that they have sold me a cheap shirt and that I am not happy with the price I paid for such a low quality item. She told me that she could send me a replacement for half price. I said, "well, what if that is junk too?" She replied, "maybe then we might see an issue and take it from there". That statement didn't sit well with me, I'm certainly not going to take the risk of losing even more money. So I asked one more time if they could take back the shirt and at least refund me less the shipping charge, she told me flat out "NO". So, I have chalked it up as a loss and a lesson learned. This site is terrible. Customer service is even worse. They sent me a thin, flimsy, cheap, pixilated-home-photoshop job for $30, with no licensing proof written anywhere on the poster, so I am assuming this is an illegal print as well. The poster also arrived ripped. I wanted a refund because the poster was terrible, they refused it and they wanted me to go out of my way to cut a chunk of the poster out and mail it back to them before they would send a replacement. It has been almost two weeks and my patches are still not here. They're in Memphis, which is 3 hours from Nashville, but I feel like it's going to take another 3 days for them to get here. Hell's Headbangers is a little rinky-dink small website that isn't known to hardly anyone and the patches I got from there got here in 3 days. They were in immaculate condition and looked extremely well made. Knowing the build quality of Rockabilia merchandise, It'll never compare. I ordered those patches 2 days after I ordered these. Not to mention the shipping fee is outrageous! I am not buying from you people ever again. I ordered a few times from Rockabilia. What I learned: it's always a gamble when you order anything from them whether you will even get it or not. The items that do eventually come take months to arrive. I mean like four months to five months sometimes. They are extremely hard to get a hold of, a bunch of clowns, they will give you the run around and make a ton of excuses on why you still have not received your merchandise. I spend a couple thousand to a few thousand dollars a year in Metal merchandise. I can tell you there are a lot better suppliers out there. DO NOT give this company your money. They lie, they cheat, they make excuses, and do not take responsibility for the company they run. They will try to blame you for the problems. Placed an order on Black Friday in November and had to call in December asking where my package is. They stated my package is on BACK ORDER FOR 2-8 WEEKS! Mind you, this was the first time they alerted me of this as I recieved NO EMAIL stating this. I asked if they have any idea when it will come knowing it is for a Christmas present, their responses were nothing but "nope" or "yep" and with NO concern of thier VERY unprofessional company. Two and a half weeks before our daughter's birthday, we ordered several items from Rockabilia. Each item was listed "in stock" and the delivery info. said we would have our order in 6 - 10 days. Days 6, 7, 8 and 9, the order status in my account showed nothing had been shipped. I sent an email that was ignored. Day 10 I called. Was told they had been closed after Christmas through New Years (nothing said that on website) and were "playing catch-up." The order "should" ship the next day. Day 14 (two days before her birthday) I got an email saying it will ship tomorrow and will be here in 4 to 7 business days. Delivery in 6 to 10 days on in stock items my foot! They took time off without putting a notice on their website. They drug their heels on shipping even after coming back from vacation by 10 days. When I pointed all of this out to their customer service rep, did she offer to overnight ship? NO! Did she offer any type of discount/coupon? NO! The best I got was a surly "Well I'm sorry but we were on vacation!" I will never do business with this company again. read more

The worst online experience I've ever had. Ordered after Black Friday, with ample time for shipping. Didn't get a shipping confirmation for two weeks, called the place up "oh well we had to restock from our other warehouse, we will send you an email when it ships." Then tried to offer me a refund but that would take longer just to refund my money than what it would take a rational person to mail two shirts in a timely fashion.These were supposed to be Christmas presents for my girlfriend, it's now over a month since I placed the order and I just now got a poor excuse of my order in the mail.I received ONE shirt,the wrong shirt-NOT THE ONE I ORDERED- as well as a a credit to their online store for the other shirt that's magically discontinued according to the print out. I placed an order originally on March 21, and was informed that one of the items was on backorder. I thought, "okay, fair enough" as I really wanted the Guns and Roses Jacket they had advertised. It is currently April 15, and I have yet to receive any communication regarding the status of this item. I have attempted to contact there office, to which I have continuously been given an "Our office is closed" despite it being within their business hours. After a considerable amount of patience, I was finally able to reach someone. This person was very rude, abrupt, cold, and unwilling to offer any assistance beyond her previously established reference points, which in this case, was to wait an additional 4 weeks (backordering can take from 2-8 weeks, and I had already waited nearly 4 weeks at this point). I asked her to provide me with the exact status of the item, because I am a graduate student who only resides at this address throughout the academic year, and would not be able to receive this item if it was not here by May, and she showed no willingness to do anything other than offer a refund, or go with a large, which does not work for me as I have a very small build, and require a small. Her constant defense was that, "When you click on an item, it tells you what time constraints are included in backordering. And it was stated that the item was backordered in your email receipt." Which is fair enough, but does not leave me feeling very respected as a client, because I just felt that these are the sort of responses you expect to hear from a credit card company, not a store for punk rock memorabilia. Biafra would surely not approve of his merchandise being hocked in such a manner. Furthermore, for a smaller company, you would think they would be much more invested in their customer service, but that is clearly not the case. It is my position, that if you have not already done business with them, as many of you may be here (yelp.com) for the same reason I am (to post of your negative experience with Rockabilia), than avoid doing any business with them, at least with high cost orders such as mine, as I do not think you will be very pleased. They sent me a used item out of packaging and stained with blue pen and when I contacted them to reimburse me as it is now too late for me to return to get a new one for a present, they expect me to pay to return it before reimbursing me and it would then cost me even more! They were rude and also had nerve to send an email saying they will not take items that have been used back but they are the ones who sent me a used item! But at your own risk! I did not get the order in time for Christmas. I ordered on the 15th of Dec. It said it would ship in 6 to 10 business days, but it has currently been 13 business days and I don't know if it has even been shipped yet. Did not get a reply to my email inquiry. Just an awful experience from the moment I made my purchase. First of all, one of the items I ordered was on backorder although I was never notified until I had already purchased it. It took 10 days for them to ship my item that was in stock. Finally 3 weeks later I received an email that my backordered item was shipping and 6 days later, I still have no received it. Had pretty much the same experience as the last reviewer. Ordered 5 items. After two months waiting, one arrived. I called to find that the other 4 items were on 'back order, but should be available within 2 weeks. A month later I received an email telling me one of the four items was discontinued. This is after 10 weeks waiting for it to arrive. I called up to find that the other items were also still on back order and would be available in 'two to eight weeks.' When I asked if that was guaranteed, she said no. I asked to cancel the complete order and be refunded for the items that had not been received, and asked her to send me a confirmation email that the refund had been processed. I was told, "we don't do that." Hopefully the refund will go through regardless, but I will NEVER order from these guys again, and recommend that all buyers beware! read more

DREADFUL!! NEVER shop with these guys!! There should be a 0-star rating for companies like this! First, they charge your card before your items ship......even if the items are not in stock and will take '8 weeks' (if you are lucky) to ship them. Legitimate companies only charge you when your material ships. Second, the vast majority of their items are NOT in stock which they cleverly disguise as 'pre-order' when you are adding items to your cart. Items that are not in stock take 2 to 8 weeks to ship.....really??....in this day-and-age what the heck takes 8 weeks to ship??!! I used a coupon from drummer magazine which they advertise in all the time and thought I would give them a shot on some shirts. So I ordered 8 shirts at about $20 each. So no small order....I read carefully that the shirts are pre-shrunk cotton. Well needless to say they fit fine when I got them but they shrunk after first washing at least a half size if not a full size smaller. I can barely squeeze into any of them and needless to say they are not comfortable then when I do get them on because it's like a skin suit. I contacted the company and they tell me no returns on worn or washed merchandise...but they will replace if I pay half the cost again. Sorry but you got me once. Not again. I won't order from them again. Make sure your size if you do order from them and get a size bigger at least. read more

Avoid this store if you value your time and money at all. I ordered a shirt for my daughter and it never arrived. We contacted the company and they said they shipped it out and it came back and then wanted us to pay for shipping it back to us. They have the worst customer service (if you can call it that) and no integrity at all. We proved they made a mistake on the shipping address and they would not own up to their own mistakes. I'm not entirely sure what was worse about my experience with Rockabilia: the fact that they took three and a half months finally admit that one of the shirts that I ordered was discontinued, (at which point customers are required to call them and say "yes, I would like my money back") or the fact that the invoice (packing list) I was sent actually had the audacity to state: "The manufacturer recently discontinued the items giving us little time to rectify the situation." I fail to see how an order placed on January 19, 2011 that I was notified as being discontinued today (May 3, 2011) qualifies as "little time." The fact that on has to take action to receive a refund (which, incidentally, the invoice never mentioned, it only mentioned an EXCHANGE, which is obviously better for their company) is appalling, I have never dealt with a business that actually had the outright balls to make such a shady maneuver. Oh, and Rockabilia, just a tip: it looks a hell of a lot more professional if you DIDN'T TYPE A DISCLAIMER AT THE BOTTOM OF YOUR INVOICE IN ALL CAPS. That way, when you misspell "expedite" as "EXPIDITE," your spell checker will actually catch it. I waited two months because the company apparently sent me an e mail telling me that it was out of stock and on back order. I ended up calling the company twice to see what was up. The first lady I talked to sounded like she hated her job and was rude to me. She told me that it would be here in 6 to 8 weeks! I ordered my son a shirt...really overpriced/bad customer service/inaccurate sizing info...35$ after shipping...never spend that much, but it was an Xmas gift from his brother and he loves the band..he is a tiny 8 year old...I ordered him a 10... It was so small he couldn't pull it over his head. I called them and they were no help but said I could return it for the next larger size ..a L (12). The largest size they carry. Customer service was unhelpful and rude. But I paid the 6.95 at USPS to send it back. It arrived nd so small, unwearable. Called them now to see if I could avoid shipping on the return AGAIN...and he was rude and unhelpful, suggesting he had NEVER gotten a complaint about those shirts, and so it must be my son. Also he felt it helpful to tell me he thinks I was overcharged at the post office bc it should not cost me that much to send it back. As of now I'm out $35 bucks for a kids shirt that my son can't even wear.you would think if they're charging that much for t-shirts...they would try to work with you.
