The first time I brought in my Saturn for a four wheel alignment and they only did the front after telling me they could align all four wheels. The second time I brought in out Dodge Caravan for a four wheel alignment and this time they didn't even do the front end. After I paid and asked to see the computer alignment print out, the manager had some B. S. reason there wasn't one ,saying that they only print out the alignment if it is really bad. Stay away from this dishonest auto repair rip-off.

The mechanic seemed pretty nice and started to do the work. Then I get a call from the office lady who said some of the lugs had snapped, trying to take the it rims off. Next thing I know the mechanic popped out all twenty of the lugs whether they were broken or not.Then charged me to replace all the lugs with new lug.Nuts. Both of which were not needed. The bill went from $80 for tires to $486 to mount the tires. Replace all the lugs, most which did not need it. And with all new lug nuts which were three times the price of what the lug nuts I had on there already. When I expressed my disgust with the office manager.She said, while why didn't you tell the mechanic?Not to do that. Because when I arrived back at the facility, he had already knocked him all out.I had no idea he was going to do that. Then, when I told her, I saw the receipt for the part, she said, yes. But we need to make 40% profit on the parts we use.
