I went to this place because it was close. They recorder my VIN, measured the tread depth and photographed the sidewalls of all four tires. They also made a copy of my purchase invoice. Today they told me they needed new photographs of the tires and a copy of the invoice, because they had lost them. They also retook the tread depth. I had to drive the 19 miles round trip, wasting my time and gas. Either they are totally incompetent or they are dragging their heels at the behest of Goodrich. I don't know which. I hope the owner will see this and make corrections.

My tire was going flat and I had an 8 hour drive back. I needed help with swapping my spare in which they were able to do as well as remove the nail and patch my tire. They treated me and my dog with the kindness and respect. They were very conversed with me as I waited and made sure everything was set on my car before I headed out. 10/10 based off my past experiences at other auto shops.
