I recently took my Jeep grand Cherokee to get the trunk button fixed. I've been told it's a little…read morebit of a complicated system because it has to do with the sensors to close the trunk and possibly the trunk motor. From the moment I called until I picked up my car, I had a great experience with Gerard's. I initially spoke with Frank and then Brian took care of me throughout the process. You can tell that they value their work even down to the waiting area inside the shop. There were freshly baked cookies and everything was very neat and clean. I feel like you don't often see that in automotive shops. They accommodated me quickly and were able to solve the problem with my trunk and I am so happy that's it's fixed. I was initially quoted an exorbitant amount down in Florida to fix it and so I am very happy that I was able to find a shop with honest and reliable mechanics!! I will recommend them and will definitley be back in the future. Thank you for helping me, Brian & Frank!!

The manager of this shop is a total f**k up for this business. The owner doesn't care how this guy…read more operates his business. The manager talks bad about the employees and the customers. He's a liar steals from the company and just plainly doesn't care about the business. And of course the owner doesn't give 2 s**ts about what's going on cause he doesn't like confrontation. What a loser of a business owner. The manager acts like he is a engine builder which he is not he puts used parts back in the engine and then blames the work on the employees. He's done 2 customer vehicles this way and the owner of the company does nothing about it. The business should be shut down very poorly management. Got one guy there who has no mechanic experience makes him diagnose vehicles and allows him to "fix" them only for the vehicles to come back and the manager blames the mistakes on the other employees. Very sad to see a owner let his business being ran by someone who has no clue on how to run a business. I will make sure that Brian green will never be a manager any where in this state he's nothing but a liar and a thief.

Took car in November for a starter that was running. After a week and $480 bucks I get car back and…read morenext day I drive car 18 miles from my house turn car on and it does SAME thing!! I drive car back for them to fix it AGAIN. Ask them to do timing belt and everything needed since they have car. 2 weeks and a day later go pick up car pay $1058.00 get in car it starts and dies. Get Chris to try it dies on him. It is now the week before Christmas and I need to drive 2 hours. He swears it is just Mass Airflow Sensor and it will drive fine but I have to give it gas when it starts. I drive and it home (25 miles) and half way it is barely going. It has gone in limp mode. I go and buy MAF sensor get it put on by neighbor but that didn't fix anything. They told me to bring it back in the day after Christmas. I had to join AAA premier to tow it that far and rent a car to go celebrate Christmas late. Chris swore up and down and was rude that he didn't break it. Finally after 2.5 WEEKS I talk to Mike the owner and he has Chris tear it back apart (Chris had refused when I asked) and according to him the timing belt he installed was defective and it had skipped a tooth. So after 3 WEEKS he fixes it and it runs great again. I ask Chris for some reimbursement for $200 rental car and $ 125 AAA he said I am lucky he didn't charge me this time!!! I have never spent $1500.00 and have to tow car back to shop on their error (if he had test drove it he would have known something was wrong). Chris was rude and obviously uneducated on old Infiniti and I will never go back. From Nov 28 to Jan 8th and having to fix it twice from his errors and charging me $1500.00 I finally got my car.

Was charged $220 to diagnose & replace starter (intermittent no start)…read more Fixed the problem OK but when I asked about their warranty I was advised that there was no warranty on labor or parts. Seems to do good work, but I won't be back with the lack of warranty.
