From the moment I called until I picked up my car, I had a great experience with Gerard's. I initially spoke with Frank and then Brian took care of me throughout the process. During this time, I asked King Ford if they could provide a loaner or offer any assistance with a rental, but nothing was offered. It's disappointing, because the level of care seems to end once the sale is complete.
