First the guy said 'oh yeah we been busy' and that they might not be there until after 12. When I said that we had an appointment with the mechanic, he demanded to know the name of the mechanic and went on to speak for them to say "oh yeah they'll still take your car". I said that if they weren't here in 15 minutes, then I would need to call another service. He then informed me I would have to pay them anyway. I found this laughable at best. Then he hung up the phone. I'll never use them again, for anything. The purpose of making an appointment is to ensure service at that time. This guy didn't get it and felt pretty entitled to payment for inconveniencing others. We ended up calling Turpins Towing. Much better experience.

Undeterred, Alec had me wait in the carport while he expertly connected my car with cables. He routed the cables around a large tree to get the right angle. Once it was all hooked up, he had my car in my carport in just a few minutes. By pulling my car out the way he did, he saved me from even more damage to my Kia Telluride by easing my car exactly the right way. All in the middle of a huge rainstorm. I was glad to pay for Alec and Allison Towing's services, especially given the stormy conditions at the time. Allison no 1 Towing LLC is the absolute best. You'll be in great hands.

One of their last excuses was saying their wrecker services said the narrow mountain road was too muddy for them to navigate. THE ROAD WAS PAVED, NO MUD! Out of desperation we finally left the car overnight and I called Fannin Wrecker Services in Blue Ridge, GA, the next morning where we met Matt who came to our rescue and was everything anyone would ever wish for when you need a car towed. It was difficult but he managed to get the flatbed in position after several maneuvers and took the car to Frankfurt Foreign Automotive in Woodstock, GA, where we were blessed again with a great experience in having the necessary repairs completed at a very reasonable price. Words cannot adequately express our appreciation for Matt with Fannin Wrecker Services and Frank with Frankfurt Foreign Automotive. We would highly recommend both of these businesses and the individuals we met during this crisis.
