We called 9 tow companies and no one had availablity. I called Fannin and they told me they'd be there in 2 hours. From the moment I called they were friendly, and reassuring. Mike and his driver arrived faster than I expected, and they were incredibly careful with my vehicle, and answered all my questions and explained everything to me. The entire process was seamless, and the price was exactly what I was quoted--no surprises. Once he got us up the hill, I was nervous going down the icey hill to the main road. The driver said he would drive down first and block off traffic for me in case I slid through the stop sign. Mike then offered to drive me down the hill and get me to dry flat land. He went above and beyond expectations to make us feel comfortable. If you're ever in need of a tow, I HIGHLY recommend Fannin Towing. They went above and beyond, and I'll definitely be using them again if I need to!

Undeterred, Alec had me wait in the carport while he expertly connected my car with cables. He routed the cables around a large tree to get the right angle. Once it was all hooked up, he had my car in my carport in just a few minutes. By pulling my car out the way he did, he saved me from even more damage to my Kia Telluride by easing my car exactly the right way. All in the middle of a huge rainstorm. While the poor feller from the unnamed wrecker service (NOT Bradburn's) was tilting his bed and letting out the winch, his PTO died, along with our remaining hope for a tow......dun..duh..dun...dun.duuuhhhnnn!!! That is, until we called Bradburn Towing [Hero music plays]. All kidding aside, from the very first person we spoke with (Samantha) who scheduled a pick up, to the two kind gentleman that came out, traversed our treacherous and steep driveway, and then gallantly lifted our old Tundra from its near dusty grave.
