I slid sideways off my driveway while backing down in the middle of a thunderstorm. My bad! LOL Alec was very busy because of the weather but he was able to be at my house in about 90 minutes, which is fast on a dry. When Alex arrived, another rainstorm was pouring. Undeterred, Alec had me wait in the carport while he expertly connected my car with cables. He routed the cables around a large tree to get the right angle. Once it was all hooked up, he had my car in my carport in just a few minutes. By pulling my car out the way he did, he saved me from even more damage to my Kia Telluride by easing my car exactly the right way. All in the middle of a huge rainstorm. I was glad to pay for Alec and Allison Towing's services, especially given the stormy conditions at the time. Allison no 1 Towing LLC is the absolute best. You'll be in great hands. read more

Great experience last month when my wife's car blew the transmission cooler and we were stuck on the side of the road we called a tow truck and a gentleman name Alec was there in no time at all, He was very professional and friendly he also recommended a repair shop that was close by and we ended up using them and they were fair and friendly and professional they did a great job fixing the car thanks again for Allison towing and Driver Alec read more

Our car got stuck due to heavy rain on the road. We contacted these guys & lord behold they instantly came out to the rescue! Jason went above and beyond. We called 9 tow companies and no one had availablity. I called Fannin and they told me they'd be there in 2 hours. From the moment I called they were friendly, and reassuring. Mike and his driver arrived faster than I expected, and they were incredibly careful with my vehicle, and answered all my questions and explained everything to me. The entire process was seamless, and the price was exactly what I was quoted--no surprises. Once he got us up the hill, I was nervous going down the icey hill to the main road. The driver said he would drive down first and block off traffic for me in case I slid through the stop sign. Mike then offered to drive me down the hill and get me to dry flat land. He went above and beyond expectations to make us feel comfortable. If you're ever in need of a tow, I HIGHLY recommend Fannin Towing. They went above and beyond, and I'll definitely be using them again if I need to!

Allison Towing is amazing! When a truck driven by a relative crashed into our house, Alec came out to tow the vehicle. He also helped to calm down the elderly driver. We had a huge hole in the front of our house, and a neighbor came by with a tarp but no way to put it up. Alec went and got screws and washers, and covered the hole with the tarp so it would be as secure as possible until it could be boarded up. Everything he did went above and beyond what you would expect someone to do in that situation. He truly lives by the golden rule and understands what it means to be a good neighbor!
