AAA left us on a mountainside for over 8 hours with our grandson's car that wouldn't start while changing their story all the while. One of their last excuses was saying their wrecker services said the narrow mountain road was too muddy for them to navigate. THE ROAD WAS PAVED, NO MUD! Out of desperation we finally left the car overnight and I called Fannin Wrecker Services in Blue Ridge, GA, the next morning where we met Matt who came to our rescue and was everything anyone would ever wish for when you need a car towed. It was difficult but he managed to get the flatbed in position after several maneuvers and took the car to Frankfurt Foreign Automotive in Woodstock, GA, where we were blessed again with a great experience in having the necessary repairs completed at a very reasonable price. Words cannot adequately express our appreciation for Matt with Fannin Wrecker Services and Frank with Frankfurt Foreign Automotive. We would highly recommend both of these businesses and the individuals we met during this crisis. read more

I was in an accident and in a bit of shock from it. The guy showed up and he was very helpful in assisting me with my car. It had to be towed back to the shop, the Lady in the office was equally helpful and was able to answer all my questions I had. Very kind to me. read more

Thanks for the quick response and great service getting a my skid steer out of the mud from an inoperable position. Matt was clearly an experienced professional and was able to securely and safely resolve our problem, so we could complete our job. Very fairly priced for the work completed. I had an outstanding experience with Mike from Fannin Towing in Blue Ridge! We got stuck on the driveway at our Airbnb in the winter storm of 2025. We called 9 tow companies and no one had availablity. I called Fannin and they told me they'd be there in 2 hours. From the moment I called they were friendly, and reassuring. Mike and his driver arrived faster than I expected, and they were incredibly careful with my vehicle, and answered all my questions and explained everything to me. The entire process was seamless, and the price was exactly what I was quoted--no surprises. Once he got us up the hill, I was nervous going down the icey hill to the main road. The driver said he would drive down first and block off traffic for me in case I slid through the stop sign. Mike then offered to drive me down the hill and get me to dry flat land. He went above and beyond expectations to make us feel comfortable. If you're ever in need of a tow, I HIGHLY recommend Fannin Towing. They went above and beyond, and I'll definitely be using them again if I need to! read more

We accidentally locked our keys in the car while traveling through Blue Ridge. After calling a couple of locksmiths who were unable to help us, We called them for help, and they responded immediately. Within 20 minutes , their serviceman had unlocked the door and we were on our way. The price was very nominal and the tech was very polite and professional. I would highly recommend their services. What a refreshing change to experience. read more

They are Amazing!!!! I was in a bind way up the mountain! And these guys were so quick friendly! I HIGHLY recommend using this company

beware! if you call them and request a tow truck and then call back to cancel before they even arrive they will still come and say you have to pay them $20 for gas. i had a flat tire and needed a jack for my spare. i asked the tow driver if he'd change my tire since he wanted $20. he then said i'd have to pay him $85 to put my spare on. i ended up having to call the police because he would not leave without $20 for gas. a good samaritan stopped to help me and gave this crook $20. aftet he left i filed a report with the police department. bad for business. dont use them otherwise they will rip you off. The owner is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! read more

Okay STORY TIME! So I don't like getting tires at all right, bad start already. Friends had a cabin party going on in Morganton, GA. I'm from Gwinnett...I got to the cabins and it was beautiful buttttt when it was time to leave I was worried about backing straight out downhill the gravel driveway which I should've done instead of trying to make a whole 360 pivot turn. So I get stuck cause there is absolutely NO traction on my right rear tire, bald as hell. I don't even know how I made it up for the cabins honestly lol anyways Justin from Fannin came and got my car unstuck off the slanted hill and positioned me to go directly down the gravel driveway never again staying my booty in the suburbs!! I'll be getting new tires too read more

Tonight I had a flat on Murphy Hwy. I have Emergency Roadside Service which failed to send someone to my rescue in a timely manner. After waiting over two hours I made one call to Fannin Wrecker Service. I was told that someone would arrive quickly and quickly they did! Josh arrived with a big flatbed wrecker and a smile on his face. He was courteous and professional; even though it was close to midnight and raining. I appreciate very much the great service and I highly recommend Fannin Wrecker Service to anyone in need of Wrecker services. Many thanks from a super satisfied customer. read more

While vacationing on Cherrypicked Log Mountain my 4WD truck became stuck in the good ole red Georgia clay. As a AAA member I was not immediately concerned, only to find out (after 90 minutes) that AAA could not assist. There are apparently no AAA affiliated businesses in that area of North Georgia. Luckily Fannin was not only available but quite responsive. Their knowledge of the area and willingness to assist turned what could have been a wasted day and expensive solution into a very fairly priced and valuable service. If you need roadside assistance in the Elijay/Blueridge area call Fannin first! read more

Called them early Monday morning to pull my husband out of mud. Took them 40 minutes to get there and in the mean time a dear neighbor pulled him out. I called to cancel call and was told they had no way to get ahold of driver. This was an apparent LIE because when the man got there he was on the PHONE with the man I had spoke with. Then I was told by driver that he had been told that man told me I would still be charges 20.00. I'm sorry I don't take well to being lied to at all! read more
