The mechanic seemed pretty nice and started to do the work. Then I get a call from the office lady who said some of the lugs had snapped, trying to take the it rims off. Next thing I know the mechanic popped out all twenty of the lugs whether they were broken or not.Then charged me to replace all the lugs with new lug.Nuts. Both of which were not needed. The bill went from $80 for tires to $486 to mount the tires. Replace all the lugs, most which did not need it. And with all new lug nuts which were three times the price of what the lug nuts I had on there already. When I expressed my disgust with the office manager.She said, while why didn't you tell the mechanic?Not to do that. Because when I arrived back at the facility, he had already knocked him all out.I had no idea he was going to do that. Then, when I told her, I saw the receipt for the part, she said, yes. But we need to make 40% profit on the parts we use.

The price for my brake job was competitive and I was in & out in under an hour. Will definitely come back for other service needs! Now it's a few weeks later & it turned out our other car needed rear brakes & like an idiot, I went too long & needed rotors. Once again they did a great job, their price was good & they are just nice people. So glad to have found them, we now have a mechanic shop we can call "ours"!
