Long version: Prewitt's came highly recommended when we were looking to have our horse trailer inspected and worked on. I called and was told to drop it off. When I dropped it off I asked if I should fill out any paperwork and was told by the guy, Rob I think, "I've got your number." I dropped it off right as the pandemic and shutdown got under way. To be honest my own work got crazy, so it was almost a month before I stopped in to see what was going on. He told me he was embarrassed that he lost my number. I gave it to him again. He asked if I had the keys to the tack room because they wanted to work on my brakes (I brought it in to have a tire and the frame looked at...). When I brought the keys back on another visit I asked the guy I gave them to if I needed to sign anything or if they needed my number. He took my number. I never heard from them again. Finally, fed up, I called on July 31 and said, "Hey, I brought the horse trailer there in March. Wondered if I could pick it up as I haven't heard anything on it." They said sure. No apology, nothing. Just sure. I came to pick it up and they said it was out back, but didn't offer to help me get to it or hook it up. I had to ask for the keys and they asked if I'd recognize them. Seriously? Yes, I recognized them, but that shouldn't be my job. They never apologized or offered any explanations for not getting to it. Really unprofessional and really rude. I see other people get great service here. I just don't understand why we weren't given the same courtesy.

A passing motorist stopped, diagnosed our issue (slipped bolt, causing axle to shift), and directed us to Prewitt's Garage because it was just up the street. We phoned Prewitt's, Rob told us to come right over. Rob pulled our camper right in the garage, diagnosed it and fixed it in one hour, basically saving our vacation. He charged us a very fair price. I can highly recommend Prewitt's, and especially Rob, who repaired our camper axle.
