This group has helped me with a destroyed engine, and on top of that, countless repairs to the front suspension. Not only are they communicative and friendly - they really hear you when you talk about financial boundaries and are willing to work with you to keep your car as functional and as safe as possible with a constant eye on the costs. They keep meticulous records and in the event that something they have previously repaired goes wrong - I have found on 2 occasions that they repeated a previous repair because they were unsatisfied with the long term result. ( Free of charge mind you) I have yet to find a car repair place with more integrity in the Lancaster area. My engine repair was like having my car reborn - and it's not often to have such a big repair go off without a hidden issue or some kind of quirk - in my case - it was a tribute to their thoroughness - My old girl has never run better. They aren't the least expensive place you can go to in the area but I'd say they'd come in the top tier for Value.

After extensively searching high and low both at dealerships and from private sellers, it all came down to a Civic at R.H. Cooper & Son. As for the car, it's the perfect match for what I was looking for. Having the free car fax report for all the cars at R.H. Cooper & Son is clearly something great and rarely seen from other dealers. Nathan would not listen to me and tried to put me in a completely different vehicle. I told him to call me when the vehicle was out of service. I asked questions about the particular vehicle and he did not have the basic knowledge of parts under the hood. He tried to tell me that this vehicle didn't have many versions in AWD, which I knew was false. He assumed since I was a woman that I didn't have adequate knowledge on the vehicle. When I test drove the vehicle, I loved it, but they were not willing to fix something minor on it. I called another shop and was quoted how much it would cost to fix that particular problem. Nathan was not willing to go down on the price, even though there was an issue with the vehicle. He told me he would talk to the service department again and see if they could fix it. I never got a call back or anything. Horrible service, horrible attitude. What a crook!
